The service was excellent. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Overall, a great value and great location. The room was a bit stuffy--a fan in the window might have helped, but it was unseasonably hot in SFO the weekend we were there. |

I liked the manager and his prudence in handling our situation when one of our booked rooms were not readily available. He offered us a room in an alternative hotel and offered us a free parking for a day. Thats good value to us. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay in SF downtown. |

Very good location in the center of the city. Nicely furnished rooms. At least the rooms on the backyard side are quiet. Room was quite small even though it was one of the biggest rooms in the hotel. |

We had a minor injury occur the night of our stay and the hotel had NO first aid kit. They came up with 2 bandaids and had nothing else. They really need to be more prepared in that respect. |

the location is very good. the price is very high for this hotel, it does not worth it. the breakfats is very poor and there is not air conditioning in the rooms so the room was very very hot and noisy. small and unounfortable rooms. for this price you can get an excellent hotel at las vegas !! . this hotel should charge not more than 70 usd per room !! |

There is no aircon in the room and it was very stuffy and warm. The lift dates from the old ages and there's no one to help with the luggage, so I battled to get to and from my room with my luggage. I don't think I will stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The room decorations were as stated in your details and the buffet breakfast was pleasently sufficient to meet our needs. It would be an ideal location for shopping or business travellers if staying only one or two nights. The room sizes were smaller than expected, although as San Francisco area is very crowded this may be the norm so it may be unfair to criticise. It is interesting to note however that other people staying there at the same time mentioned this aspect. |
