Clean, quiet, comfortable. Cheerful shuttle drivers took us from and to JFK. Excellent Greek diner across the street was a treat. Convenient for travelers returning from Europe who need a place to stay near the airport. Constantly flashing battery lights on the room's smoke detectors.

1) Staff at reception to be more patience and more professional with the costumers especially during checking-in and at the tourism seasons. 2) To include the name and info. of the hotel at the airport Area (JFK). I checked-in on 18 May 13 at 05:30 pm, the way of receiving customers at the reception was a little arrogant and dry war.

Good stop-over hotel for NY JFK. (Note its not "budget friendly", its an airport hotel, that description isn't available) Booking.com gave no instructions what to do at JFK. What you need to do is: go to Federation circle on the air train, have $0.50 in change, have the hotel lobby phone number to hand, call the hotel lobby and arrange shuttle by calling using the public phone at Federation circle. This ommission cost me 2 expensive international cell phone calls and unnecessary stress after a long flight.

I did not like the hotel at all. Nothing is good. I had had a coldest night ever in my life in this hotel. I booked it on 31/1/2012 and the heater dose not work. I called the front desk abot it and they did nothing about it. It is westing money if you stayed in it. All of it .

This hotel is beautiful, the room is very very confortable, the staff very very nice, I dont believe thi is hotel has two stars. Io lo consiglio assolutamente, e' davvero comodo e bello.

The bed was awful as were the pillows. The room smelled of orange and nicotine. Terrible night without sleep. Roar of planes flying overhead were the icing on the cake.

He shuttle is free but you have to call them, it takes 1/2 thr to come or to amswer , other hotels have toll free but this one dont,so keep coins in your pocket
