Quiet area, good price, good-sized room
Refrigerator did not work, toilet was noisy
The staff at this location were unfriendly. Also there were food crumbs inside and on top of microwave and dresser. Then our oldest son finds a one sided flip flop sandle under the bed.
great room, very nice
The front desk staff seemed a little bothered by doing their job
Homeless man sleeping on the floor in the hall near my room.
The price of the hotel was good. The clerk at night was very nice and when we needed something, she brought it right away. Hotel is very close to many things.
The breakfast could offer more items. It would be nice if they had an elevator to get to second floor.
Recently updated rooms are cl ean and comfortable. Room larger than expected. .very quiet. Easy access to interstate.
Bed was not too bad.
In desperate need of new paint (very dingy looking). Staff had poor attitude (seemed to be bothered that I was there while they were trying to chill). The entire hotel only runs either A/C or Heat so if the entire hotel is switched to heat then everyone either has heat only or nothing at all. Breakfast was cereal & bread to make toast and thats it.
Good breakfast and good location to Grand Canyon
We had to wait a lifetime because there was no staff (orall customers have come with us..)
Very convenient and friendly. I would stay there again if I was in the area.
Highway was little noisy but still good place stay
Location with easy access to Old Town and freeway. Very nice breakfast area by office with plenty of choices. Very good choice for the price
the seating area is a big change, more update, again the look of the back very pleasant.
Hi check where your people install the toilet, need to cut the screws and put a cover at them. the rest looks really nice.
king size bed
next door quests were noisy around 3-5am.
Everything! Overused bed! Old TV with horrible reception. No personalized temp control! They had switch to heater only. Offered me a fan with broken stand! And then breakfast no ready at 6 am. This hotel needs major face lift! Including desk staff! Dress unprofessional at my check in. Hope Ramada takes a look at this!
Staff at Front Desk
Room, facilities, Hot water routinely disappeared, laundry facilities not always functional, property was under some painting renovation....was not advertised as such.
The air conditioning didn't work. Had to open outside door to cool off room. Breakfast is a joke. The bed was terrible. Only bad bed in a two week cross country trip.
We liked everything! I do recommend this place. They have big rooms, everything is clean. What do you need more?
There was a skunk somewhere close to our windows, but I bet he found a new home until now ;)
Access to all the local facilities
Breakfast was adequate rather than good, but who would complain when it was included in the price?
The bed in our room was so soft we could not sleep comfortably.
At this price I didn't expect that the remodel would include granite in the shower and sink. location was great for Grand Canyon.
There is a pretty hot sports bar in the same parking lot but it wasn't really a problem. The restaurant in front of the bar was separate and really good home style cooking.
All ok. Free WiFi & to have a breakfast option included in price. Beds fairly comfy for a change. Price we paid was good value. Good to have food available next door.
Breakfast options ok not great ( unless all you want is sugary items).
Room, location, views.
Staff helpful, room comfortable.
Location was a little way out of town, but Flagstaff is worth a wander, lots of cafes and art galleries.
Room was quiet and clean. Was nice that it had a small refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink and counter area. Price was very reasonable.
Hotel looks old and tired. Looks like they might be doing upgrades.
I felt the whole experience was under rated in previous ratings.
When I asked for a quiet room they gave me one which was indeed quite. That is rare amoung the hotels which normally say okay and give whatever the room they had in mind for me. I had the best sleep in a week and continued my jorney to the Grand Canyon next day.
