When I asked for a quiet room they gave me one which was indeed quite. That is rare amoung the hotels which normally say okay and give whatever the room they had in mind for me. I had the best sleep in a week and continued my jorney to the Grand Canyon next day.
Easy to book beds were comfortable.
Must've been too close to the ice machine or utility closet lots of noise in the hallway.
Great location for the interstate in/out of town
It is a very tired building and a little out of town. It was a busy weekend as the university was returning and it was the only room I could book even though I booked in advance.
Staff were very helpful. Microwave and decent size fridge in room. Efficient cleaning staff. Close to restaurants and service station. Easy drive to downtown.
Had to use coffee percolator to heat water for tea, not a coffee drinker. Tea needs boiling water. However this is normal in the US, they don't do tea!
The bathtub had plumbing issues and the water would get backed up.
I booked the hotel based on their advertising they had a heated pool, indoor spa and sauna, and in room coffee maker. The pool heater was broken and the water icy, the spa and sauna were closed down. No coffee maker. They should have let this be known when the room was booked. In addition, the on site restaurant advertised "home town cooking." Not my home town!! They got our orders wrong and the food was either powdered, frozen, or microwaved. STAY AWAY!!
I really liked this hotel, I hope to stay there again real soon. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.
I slept good, but probably because I was exhausted. The desk attendant was quick to change our room when it smelled from ammonia.
The first room we were taken to smelled of ammonia cleaner and was still dirty. Towels were thin and very rough. Floors were dirty.
Is good place to stay
That the door handle was broken on the inside and that I had to call to be let out of my hotel room 2 of the 3 days I stayed there.
Mattress had a scent of the combination of an sweaty athlete/truck driver. Luckily second bed was better. Cost is over rated for noise of area.
The mattresses need to be changed, my wife slept in a hole. Woke up with backache, I comment to the clerk in the morning.
Staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant for room service was excellent, everyone there also very friendly
Hotel under construction, jack hammering in the morning, used for road crews, work trucks taking all parking spaces, carpets were very soiled, lights in bathroom shorted off and on.
Good location. We stayed there before going hiking in the Grand Canyon and then again after. Staff friendly and we could leave the car there. Breakfast was fine.
thin walls no pool towels too much chlorine in spa asked for additional room towels and was told no no creamer for coffee except powder coffee was horrible breakfast was poor
It did have a pool, and hot tub. It was an average hotel, a bit overpriced.
According to this website, the breakfast was supposed to be great. It was ok, pre-packaged everything.
Swimming pool Room
Noisy with freeway juste close
Even though the pool area was under construction the pool and spa were available for us to use.
It was spacious. It was real close to highway. It had a refrigerator and microwave.
It smelled. The floor where the sink was soaked in water. The continental breakfast was nothing but pure starches and carbs...no eggs, no fruit. The night desk clerk was kind of rude. There were drunk people all around the hotel. Will not recommend nor stay there again as it was not worth $100/night.
Location was good. We were on way to trip in Grand Canyon . Stayed at rodeway before and after. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but price we paid it was excellent value for 4 people
Location to UK consulate Helpful Staff
water pressure, shower head
pool and spa, walkways decomposing, bathroom leaked water through the walls onto the carpet.
It was conveniently located to the town with easy access to the highway. The beds were comfortable enough, though a little soft for my preference. The pool and spa looked nice, although we didn't use them. They have hbo.
The room had roaches, the carpet was filthy, the last tenets wash cloth was still under the sink, and we found a used condom behind the bedside table. The bathroom fan didn't fit the ceiling hole, there was structural damage behind the entry door, and the curtains didn't completely cover the window. The free breakfast was with exactly what we paid for it...nothing. Nothing but cold cereal, horrendous coffee, very watered apple juice, and orange juice that tasted like grapefruit juice. I'm angry that I paid over $100 for this disgusting hovel.
First the pool area was old, dilapidated and just nasty. Second our bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Third, tried to complain about the bed but the phone didn't work. Fourth , they only left us three towels in our room when there were four of us staying there, And finally , breakfast. What a joke , cerial toast and doughnuts , that's hardly breakfast . I'll never stay there again.
