comfortable bed, very pet friendly
The location is great- walking distance to various eateries/Walmart/grocery store- staff was very nice and able to check in earlier than set time.
You get what you pay for, floor was dirty- I don't think it was mopped- tv clicker very sticky and yucky
The mattress was a very poor quality. This is the second Motel 6 I stayed in the past couple of months. First one I stayed in was the same ..poor quality mattress, no Kleenex in the room..really
The location only!!
All sheets were dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable. The bed cover was dirty with dark stains all over. Also the towels has some dark stains on them. No shampoo in the room. No wi-f (you gotta pay extra). I will never stay in any Motel 6 ever again. Very cheap approach and dirty place.
Cheap place to stay for one night. Big room and bathroom
I liked the location in relation to my daughters dorm. I liked the stores and restaurants, within walking distance. The motel was somewhat ok but slightly steep in price. Possibly 150.00 for 2 adults for 2 nights.
the beds were a little uncomfortable, slightly hard mattresses
Towels and bed spreads were stained. Did not get fresh towels each day had to ask the front desk for towels.
I liked the price, felt safe, slept ok. Staff was very friendly
wifi not included, beds weren't the most comfortable and the sheets didn't look clean. They felt itchy
Location to Flagstaff is great. Staff person was nice. Price was cheap - $58 for a double bed room on a Thursday night in late August.
We were on the 2nd floor facing the pool. This side of the hotel also faces the I-40 and it is really loud (all night long). If you stay, be sure to get a room facing the street side. Bed spreads were messy and wrinkled, cigarette burns on the bed spread, horrible pillows. They have re-modeled (looks very Ikea) and it coud be really nice, but the whole place felt dirty.
Room was very clean, modern retro decorated, cute. No extras, but you dont pay for them either! Would rather bring my own hairdryer and shampoo than pay double or triple the rate for those things. Great location to NAU. Would definately stay again and bring my small dogs. Very pet friendly. Paid extra for WiFi, worked fine. IHOP just down the same side of the street, Bashas across the street-good coffee and bakery there.
Bed was ok, not the best quality, but I can sleep anywhere!
Rooms "looked" modern
only 2 dingy, threadbare small towels, beds hard as rocks, super small, uncomfortable pillows, stains on bed cover, no shampoo or blowdryer, stains on bathroom floor
Good for the price
Bed and the poor condition of the walls in the bathroom. These were the only two things that make up the room.
Location. room color.
Rooms smells like dogs. Neighbors had pets and the smell transfer to our room.
Something bit me when I was sleeping
Staff was friendly. Sheets were clean. AC worked TV worked
No soap, no fridge, no microwave, no blow dryer, no ice, no wi-fi, no hot water, and the bedspread was stained and disgusting.
We feel the office staff should be knowledgable about the area and ready/willing to make suggestions about local businesses this will do wonders for local small businesses in the area.
Fridge, microwave, lift ( elevator), plenty of parking, over road from supermarket.
Deluxe room(334 )had no toilet seat cover, no toiletries, some bath towels discoloured and very thin, old building backing onto noisy highway, fridge full of ice, no plug in sink to stop small items falling down, dogs being accommodated on 3 rd floor.
staff was friendly and helpful, but not well informed of business discounts.
beds were terrible, rooms small. needed more towels for 2 people. poor storage for clothing. minifrig needs to be off the floor. Hate the internet fee it,'s just a hidden charge.
*we could see it from the hwy but could not find our way to it for a long time. *towels were like sandpaper. *internet was so bad we gave up and just went to bed in our uncomfortable bed. *we just made a bad, and wrong choice!
The day I checked in Bonnie was very helpful. When I checked out the front desk girl was no where to be found. I stood in an empty office for ten minutes waiting. When she did arrive to the desk she was rude and discourteous. The towels and beds were rough and uncomfortable. This place is not worth the $68 plus tax for one night.
Upon our arrival, the room doesn't look like in the pictures post on the motel website. Wifi is not available, the bathroom door can't close easily, have to slam very hard to close it fully. The room was not ready for check in. On our first day of our stay, we didn't have the hot water. We didn't receive any explanation or apologize from the motel staff. The second day, we came back very tired after our long day at Grand Canyon, the room wasn't made. We call the reception to complain, we didn't receive any apologize, just a comment:" I don't know why from a receptionist." Staffs are very unprofessional. The day we checked out, we asked for a refund on our first day and an explanation from staff regarding room was not made on our 2nd day. We received half refund for our first day, and NO apologize or explanation for the second day. Very disappointed and definitely, won't stay there again.
One lady on reception was quite unfriendly and did not make us welcome. We seemed to be an inconvenience. The other staff were normal, for example the lady who logged my payment. Wireless internet was free at every motel we stayed at but Motel 6 charged $2 per night per appliance! Include it in the price - this is a hassle!
