Updated room decor and clean rooms.a
Stained comforters and the mattresses were not good..you can feel the springs.
bed was too hard..it was too noisy from guests next door and above us
Seems like someone slept in our beds and hskp didn't change the sheets, hair and stains all over bed spread and pillows, only 2 bath towels with holes in them trash can had trash in it frm the previous guest! Very poor cleanliness.
Last minute availability
Its close to stores.
First we check in at 3 was told our room wasn't ready, but will be in half hour, we finally got in our room at 4:45. No remote for TV, they brought one than TV didn't work, manager came she said it needed to be reprogramed, my son in law came looked at tv screwed in the cable line and it worked. People in next room had their tv on loud all night.
clean and comfortable, good value for the money.
Clean, updated room. Close to restaurants.
Love the location
Overlooking the pool and having a heater/air conditioning unit in the room with a sleep mode
The mattress was hard as a rock.
Liked the new room décor and hard flooring
Lots of people smoking in the hallways and on the stairs Charge for internet
people staying in other room were noisy didn't get rest
Cleaner than all other Motel 6 we've stayed at No carpet Nice environment Close to restaurants
1u 30m away from Grand Canyon
Condition of property Lack of maintenance Stains on bedspreads
Staff, location, closeness to needs especially walmart, indian hotel, pizza place, subway, cleanliness, value for money
Towel availability, smoking smell
comfortable bed, very pet friendly
The location is great- walking distance to various eateries/Walmart/grocery store- staff was very nice and able to check in earlier than set time.
You get what you pay for, floor was dirty- I don't think it was mopped- tv clicker very sticky and yucky
The mattress was a very poor quality. This is the second Motel 6 I stayed in the past couple of months. First one I stayed in was the same ..poor quality mattress, no Kleenex in the room..really
likes and disikes are about the same. You come on like McDonalds - customer's expectation is sort of neutral.
A convenient location.
It was disturbing seeing bedding that appeared to be stained. It gave us a freaked-out feeling that the bedding had not been washed between guests. The hotel staff said the black stain on one comforter was mold, and that didn't make us feel a whole lot better. People with mold issues probably shouldn't stay here.
The location only!!
All sheets were dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable. The bed cover was dirty with dark stains all over. Also the towels has some dark stains on them. No shampoo in the room. No wi-f (you gotta pay extra). I will never stay in any Motel 6 ever again. Very cheap approach and dirty place.
Cheap place to stay for one night. Big room and bathroom
I liked the location in relation to my daughters dorm. I liked the stores and restaurants, within walking distance. The motel was somewhat ok but slightly steep in price. Possibly 150.00 for 2 adults for 2 nights.
the beds were a little uncomfortable, slightly hard mattresses
Towels and bed spreads were stained. Did not get fresh towels each day had to ask the front desk for towels.
I liked the price, felt safe, slept ok. Staff was very friendly
wifi not included, beds weren't the most comfortable and the sheets didn't look clean. They felt itchy
Location to Flagstaff is great. Staff person was nice. Price was cheap - $58 for a double bed room on a Thursday night in late August.
We were on the 2nd floor facing the pool. This side of the hotel also faces the I-40 and it is really loud (all night long). If you stay, be sure to get a room facing the street side. Bed spreads were messy and wrinkled, cigarette burns on the bed spread, horrible pillows. They have re-modeled (looks very Ikea) and it coud be really nice, but the whole place felt dirty.
