Good sized rooms. Lots of free parkingspots close to the room. Breakfast. Big railroad going through town with high activity 24/7 causing much noise. Cold!

Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very near train tracks. Train sounds made it difficult to sleep. Old but clean and well maintained.

I really like this hotel and have stayed there several times --- I try other hotels and always end up back at this one. - The staff is great - The hotel is one of the more accomodating with a noon check-out and 1:00 late check-out as long as you let them know There needs to be more plugs in the rooms!!! In this day and age of needing to charge laptops and tablets and phones --- next time I am bringing a power strip. :)

Loved the breakfast diner! Thought it was close enough to the Amtrak station in Flagstaff to walk but the sidewalk was unlit so called a cab.

Staff was helpful and friendly, They checked us in early and didn't push us out prior to check-out time. The Buffet breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. The refrigerator didn't work. and the bathroom door hung up on the vanity sink.

An excellent stay all round. Budget priced, but with free happy hour, full hot breakfast, clean and quiet room, and a more-than-helpful staff. A real find! Only being able to stay one night. But we'll be back.

Very comfortable 2 nites in the King suite. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the happy hour over at PJ's and free breakfast was served there as well. Hotel had free internet. Close to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Nice town. The bathroom fan runs when the light is turned on and was the noisiest fan I have ever heard. The TV was old and the colour needing serious adjusting, everything was green tinted. Staff tried to fix but no luck. Trains run very close to hotel and can disrupt sleep.

The staff were wonderful. Loved the amenities like the comb I forgot. The breakfast was so good as it was included in the price of the night's stay. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Had a relaxing time. Loved the coffee time at 4:00 pm The heater was quite noisy when it came on. The doors were very unattractive.

Staff were very friendly...really enjoyed the evening reception and the breakfast offered in the morning Hated the pillows on the bed!! They were barely big enough for your head and one was flat as a pancake and the other extremely lumpy (2 measly pillows on a King bed). Called front desk to see if we could get others but were told they didn't have any extra. Not a comfortable night sleeping. If you stay here...bring your own pillow!! Also, bring earplugs since the train tracks are right across the street and the trains run constantly it seems.

Great staff. Rooms in need of refurbishment, felt and looked a little tired. The most irritating point was the noise from the railway, it was almost on the hour every hour all night.

The gentleman who handles all the guests in the breadfast room was extraordinary. He bussed tables, made waffles and delivered them to the guests, helped guests with extra requests and lots more..........all the time friendly, politely and with a smile. He was awesome. The sheets on the bed were not the cleanest I've seen. They may have been washed, but they has stains on them and needed to be replaced.

Nice bed and linens. Room was clean. There were two sets of window coverings. One was a light cloth whick allowed outsiders to see in. The other curtain was solid, but only closed about two feet allowing the entired motel room to be seen from the outside; even with the light cloth covering. I would never recommend this motel to anyone because of the lack of privacy.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Didn't realize that we would be so close to the RR tracks. Trains don't bother us, however, the windows would rattle every time a train went by.
