Room wasn't real clean - tile floor was filthy and the trains going by all night were no fun.
It was in Flagstaff........
Odd no hangers of any kind or place for them? Wondered if an over site due to renovation. Not a problem cause traveling through just one night.
Newly renovated room sharp and clean. Great price for now.
They offered a coffee maker, refrigerator and a microwave, but not enough outlets to plug them all in at once. A bit strange. They also didn't upgrade their window shades so they had holes.
The staff was very nice. It had free hot breakfast. The suite was nicely done and very clean.
very small room
Couldn't get hot water at 11pm. Maintenance tried to fix it but we were tired so we ended up falling asleep and taking a shower in the morning. The issue was fixed by the time we woke up.
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple and not crowded. The hotel upgraded our room with no charge.
the room was smelly, the floor was dirty, the curtains were beyond nasty and they didn't close, we had to use a chip clip, just an overall mess.
Next to a busy train track. Heat and tv wouldn't work. Facility under renovation. Scruffy and not very clean.
Good bed, but the room billed as a "Petite Suite"had only a bed as furniture......no chairs or desk. No hair dryer.
Well the pool wasn't open, the spa was under construction, the rooms looked like they were from the 80 and no whirlpool tub. Over all not a good stay unless you're just looking for a quick stay
It had a old tv
the beds the staff and the breakfast was wonderful!
Poorly kept. Felt dirty looked filthy very ratty no tv in bedroom
It was right next to a rail link and the freight trains kept me awake so not a good choice when I needed a good sleep
Free breakfast in the morning and Newley renovated rooms
Was told the room would be ready by 3, room not ready until almost 5pm. We stayed 3 nights & our room key did not work the entire stay, every time we needed to get in we had to have the front desk come open our door & every time we were told maintenance would come fix it but they never did. When I checked out I asked for a discount & they only credited me $20. I would not recommend this property
The man who made us breakfast was delightful!
BUT the bathrooms are moldy due to no ventilation; my husband fell in the slick tub just trying to get in. Trains run 24 hours every 30 minutes and it was unbelievably loud--I'm not a light sleeper but I only dozed and was exhausted for my Grand Canyon trip...
I liked that it was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was super nice and very helpful.
not an awful place. Paid extra for the best room they had. Really needs some work. If I knew that it wasn't very nice I would have gotten a cheap room. The big tub was nice but there was a lot of broken stuff in the room. They appear to be updating. But you would think if they were and the rooms were a mess they would be giving some sort of a discount.
The wi-fi nor cell phone would work there. Hot tub still not operating.
The beds were comfortable, staff was friendly + breakfast was great Good value for your money.
There is no privacy because you can see through the curtains. Most hotels have blackout curtains. This hotel doesn't. So after dark it was really uncomfortable.
Breakfast is ok
the carpet was disgusting, the paint chipped and stained, tiles in bath cracked, furniture old and worn. in a word "funky". The beds were good and looked clean. I got a partial refund.
location was good
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast! Nice social hour.
Bedbugs, worn out mattress, filth everywhere; piled up dirt on the "air conditioning"; garbage by the front door; unsafe atrocious. In all my varied travels. We walked out and now have to fight to get reimbursed
There was nothing to like
The room was super super old and very dirty, I was scared to used the bathroom in there, rust everywhere, dirty towels!!! The sheets had spots all over them, the carpet was absolutely disgusting! Neighbors were very very loud and the guy at the front desk was very slow and rude.
Loved the presidential suite with its big Hot Tub and Small Kitchen, not to mention the location was right close to everything, the staff was great and we loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night
Room was cold, no bed spread, dried up gum on floor, ceiling was caving in, mini fridge and coffee pot without carafe was in bathroom. After only 15 minutes in room we decided to leave.
They gave us our money back
The heater was broken and the manager was very rude
