I think his name was Josh, the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and very welcoming. The bed was absolutely comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Water temperature in the shower was perfect, we got hot water no problem. And the location was very convenient because it's located right by all the freeways. I was really impressed with all the channels they had available. I would recommend this place.
Had a problem with the toilet and its flushing at one point. Their maintence team was out for the night. We weren't able to resolve the issue through them! So instead my fiancee and I played with it ourselves and fixed the issue.
That we could park close to the room. The pool was enclosed, so our grandson could go swimming
Vending machines especially the soda always empty.
The staff was very friendly and the room was in the middle of the price range.
Awful sound insulation. The adjoining doors for rooms next door had no seals around them and atleast and inch below. Could hear everything next door like they were in my room (216). Pool was ok.... a little cold. Hot tub had so much chlorine in it my eyes were burning. ADVICE-Bring Ear Plugs.
It was a beautiful room and a wonderful stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here after driving all day was nice to finally be able to get some rest. I really enjoyed the indoor pool. There is a Denny's right across the park lot so we just ended up walking there. The room was good, beds were very comfortable. It is close to the freeway and there are a lot of places to eat around there. Really enjoyed our stay, very nice hotel I was actually better than I thought it would be. I liked that all the rooms were indoors, everything was indoors. Good price for the hotel.
There only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom in the rooms was right next to the hallway. The front of one of the drawers fell off but the hotel offered to give us another room or discount our room. It wasn't such a big deal for us to have to get another room so we took the discount.
The comfortable beds, courteous staff, and amenities.
Our room stayed too hot for our liking and our door was difficult to open.
The rooms were clean. The beds were very very comfortable, staff was friendly and very caring.
The spa looked awesome but totally was a dud.
From the minute we checked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar was nice & relaxing prices were descent too. Our room was good size and having a balcony was a bonus.
The front desk staff were bright, courteous, professional, personable, and very well-trained at the profession of customer service. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The amenities at the hotel was very impressive.
My tv wouldn't cut on; probably just dead batteries in the remote control. The coffee maker in the room was missing it's coffee bag cartridge. Neither of these were serious enough issues for me to address the front desk with during my stay, but I did let them know on my way out for the benefit of the next guest. I was still pleased with my overall stay & would definitely come back.
Hotel is nice, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, comfortable beds and updated furniture. The indoor pool and sauna made for a relaxing evening, the onsite Restaurant The Northern Pines is convenient and they have a great menu. I do recommend and we will be going back soon.
Just a couple of things but nothing really to complain about as far as I'm concerned. The channels on our TV weren't set up right but they had maintenance come & fix that in a flash. The soda machines weren't working or were sold out but we were able to get water & soda from front desk. I'm sure that is something they already fixed.
Everything as advertised.
Cold weather - maybe wrong time of the year.
The location it was good and close to downtown?
The room up above was too noisy when you're walking you can hear everything and outside to
The train was not as loud as expected. The comfort was good and for. Last minute booking it sure exceeded my expectations. I didn't spend much time at the hotel itself but for the time I did, there wasn't much to complain about.
The wifi was the worst but again, I didn't spend much time in the room.
The staff was very friendly, our room was clean and up to date.
Floors are slippery by the stair entrances from the snow... cheap @ss owners need to buy some grip-tape for a couple of bucks to make sure people are safe!!! (Grip-tape is the stuff on skateboards so your feet dont slip)
Pillow and bed
room was not clean wifi did not work in rooms
Travelled to Flagstaff for New Year's Eve and to see the snow. Both were excellent. The hotel was warm and dry. All walkways were kept clear. The restaurant was friendly and clean.
No covered walkway between reception and rooms on the first floor.
The rooms are updated and further updates in the hotel took place during our stay.
The bathroom was small, old, dark and very dated. We didn't always get warm water when we showered and the toilet didn't stop flushing until we opened the toilet tank and fixed it by ourself.
Facilities value for money
No breakfast included
The toilet was clogged and bathtub also clogged.
I like the mini spa and the hotel room！I also like the great Christmas atmosphere in the small town！
heater is outdated and needs to be fixed〜
Simple, clean, straightforward. We stayed with our 2 kids- 6 and 3 - and it was sweet, quiet and comfortable. We interacted with 3 different staff and each was friendly and helpful. We travel a bit and this type of experience usually cost $50 more a night ($110- 150 for a nice, clean room with 2 queens) - so the value was a cherry on top.
Staff went out of their way to accommodate us!
