Location is great.
The Flamingo is showing its age and while most of the staff is very helpful, trying to find the right person can be challenging.
Got what I paid for, people were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery and real flamingos. Also the dealers at the tables were all fun to talk to and knowledgable.
Super slow wifi for only one divice. But not that big of a deal
Location was prime. Within easy to decent walking distance to many of the other hotels/casinos and attractions. Margaritaville and the fairway between the Flamingo and the Linq was a definite plus.
A lot of the hotel is very outdated. Habitat elevators are run down, vandalized and a bit scary to ride when running. The hallway carpets need to be tacked down or replaced. The room lacked many of the amenities other hotels provide. Overall, accommodations were a disappointment.
Some of the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. Had to threaten to write a letter to president of Ceasar's Entertainment to get several issues somewhat resolved. And then one of the staff didn't want to give me her/his name. Wi-fi terrible. Rooms noisy.
WORST Customer Service of my life Refused to honor my booking.com reservations No hot water/water smelled like sewage Run down everything Smallest Bathroom ever I go could go on and on
Nice price, great location
They have something that blocks 3g/4g connections. Probably they do in to make customers to purchase wifi. Not very polite though¡¡¡
Resort fee poor move for no value Early check in fee insulting People don't seem to care Property in poor condition
I like cleaning Crew very nice and profecinal they were. It was good area you dont have to drive your car much.
I didn't like front desk person she wasn't helpful to give you information. Line for check in takes forever. To have access to wifi is going through hell. No refrigerator no coffee machine if you want you have to pay extra 30 dollars a day to get upgrade.
The room we were in had bed bugs!!! Shower didn't work. Management was very rude!!
Internet and wireless access wasn't good. Inside of room was a blind spot for any wireless connectivity. Our cell phones could not be able to connect to its carrier inside the room at all.
Location was great & the view from our room of the High Roller was fun to watch
We specifically asked at check-in about the pool & were not informed it was closed for renos nor were we told we could use the pool at another hotel. Carpets in hallway were in dirty & poor condition
The free parking for the guest The perfect location in Las Vegas The amazing pools The vies from our room on the Strip
you have to pay for wifi, and wait a lifetime for checking in (maybe I should have used their on line check-in but did not work on my smartphone)
Upgraded us to a suite because the room we bought were booked. The man at the front desk was great help. Good customer service.
no backdrop exit no computer black jack
The location was excellent, the room clean and comfortable.
The bathroom needed renovating and the hallways need re-carpeting.
Rooms updated casino us nice.
Hallways have old dirty carpet that's a tripping hazard. Needs to be replaced or re stretched.
Pool parties, very friendly staff, excellent location
Only free wifi for one device per room Carpet in the corridos pretty dirty
Hotel location is perfect, central to major casino's and shops, great buffet.
On arrival, all non smoking rooms were fully booked, forcing us into a smoking room for our first night. I cannot explain our shock at the smell in the room, as non smokers, the nausea we experienced the second we entered the room was overpowering. We spent a total of 3 hours only in that room, forced to walk the strip until a room change. Very disappointed, had to pay for a night of hell.
The door of the closet was unhinged and in its side. Pillows and bedsheets were stained. We called guest services to have them fixed and changed.. 3 times.. No one came.
Great location and great view from our room on top floor at Bellagio (fontains) and Caesers.
Staff is unfriendly and the hotel is a big tourism factory, but that's also what we expected in advance of our visit to Las Vegas.
Ice was available in orridor Many food facilities in 1st floor Many facilities around the hotel Very beautiful view and design of 1st floor Presence of conference hall.
Room facilities were fair, no tea or coffe maker, no refrigerator. No breakfast!
The location and character of the hotel
The long qeues at the front desk
Location was good
Not clean, Smell of smoke in the room, titles missing in the bathroom, carpet not clean. Very loud in the room. We could here we could hear e erything that guests in the next room we're doing! TMI!
They re-did the guestrooms, which was a great change. The price was good.
1. I think they were blocking my own personal wifi hotspot to force me to pay for their wifi (I've never had an issue there before, but this time it took 3+ minutes to load Web pages). 2. The bathrooms desperately need to be re-done!! 3. There was no "do not disturb" sign in my room. 4. No room service provided in the evening really sucks.
Location! Location! Location!
Resort fees are a joke! The hotel is in bad shape and REALLY needs updating. The carpets in the hallways of the hotel were damaged beyond belief. The guest rooms were ok, but the bathrooms needed updating. We had the cheapest room, so I guess you get what you paid.
