they put me on room 602 I think It's right above a fixing site and I couldn't sleep all night
Large room, comfy bed, WIFI was strong, good shower. Nice staff, good gym.
Long way from the elevator on our floor, we had a lot of gear with us (bikes & bags) but bell staff was very helpful.
I love the price, location, and the staff. The front desk clerk we received our keys from was extremely nice and was very welcoming and knowledgable of the area. He gave a very amazing first impression of this hotel and how our stay started out as. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were provided with a room right off the elevator, which was perfect because I am handicapped.
The room walls were pretty much paper thin so I was able to hear noises I didn't want to hear, but I can't really complain because of the price I paid!
Check in Internet was slow and a rip off they shouldn't charge a access fee
The Gardens and waterfalls. The Steakhouse was scrumptious!
The hash browns for breakfast with room service.
Location was best
the room I was assigned was top-notch, excellent view (23rd floor).
the resort fee keeps going up, appears to be a simple, sneaky way to increase revenue without giving the traveler any additional value for the money.
We had to argue our way to an upgraded room after the horrible service but we had a strip view completely remodeled room and it was amazing. The beds were reasonably comfortable, the pillows not so much.
After arriving early we were asked if we wanted to check in early and after she almost had it all set up was told it was about $33 + tax. I had two rooms so it would of been for each room which was failed to mention. So we waited until 4pm to get our rooms. Also they CHARGE the deposit completely, it's not a hold on the credit card. Again I was told it was $100, they again failed to mention that it was per room. I was very unhappy with their customer service and after bringing it to their attention they didn't show any concern. They are all about their money and not trying to get their customers to come back. I won't be returning to the flamingo. They need to work on not making their guest feel disregarded.
Classic look. Remodeling in progress.
Bed comfortable. Never had any issues with noise. Hot water and good water pressure. The pools (wish we could have enjoyed them) and animal habitat were very neat.
Elevators were very old and half were not running, one worked but had no lights. Ice machine only worked part of the time. Room had been updated but the bathroom was very outdated, vanity missing paint, tub tile worn. The price of the room is really for the location on the strip. Overall outdated.
Location is great.
The Flamingo is showing its age and while most of the staff is very helpful, trying to find the right person can be challenging.
The location and the fact that the casino area with the bars and restaurants is not a labyrinth.
I guess only a few rooms were renovated and shown on websites. Upon reservations I asked for the rooms (2) to be on the same floor for practical reasons the rooms ended up being in different towers!! Finding the parking upon arrival is difficult, there are no signs.
Got what I paid for, people were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful scenery and real flamingos. Also the dealers at the tables were all fun to talk to and knowledgable.
Super slow wifi for only one divice. But not that big of a deal
Location was prime. Within easy to decent walking distance to many of the other hotels/casinos and attractions. Margaritaville and the fairway between the Flamingo and the Linq was a definite plus.
A lot of the hotel is very outdated. Habitat elevators are run down, vandalized and a bit scary to ride when running. The hallway carpets need to be tacked down or replaced. The room lacked many of the amenities other hotels provide. Overall, accommodations were a disappointment.
Some of the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. Had to threaten to write a letter to president of Ceasar's Entertainment to get several issues somewhat resolved. And then one of the staff didn't want to give me her/his name. Wi-fi terrible. Rooms noisy.
WORST Customer Service of my life Refused to honor my booking.com reservations No hot water/water smelled like sewage Run down everything Smallest Bathroom ever I go could go on and on
Nice price, great location
They have something that blocks 3g/4g connections. Probably they do in to make customers to purchase wifi. Not very polite though¡¡¡
Resort fee poor move for no value Early check in fee insulting People don't seem to care Property in poor condition
I like cleaning Crew very nice and profecinal they were. It was good area you dont have to drive your car much.
I didn't like front desk person she wasn't helpful to give you information. Line for check in takes forever. To have access to wifi is going through hell. No refrigerator no coffee machine if you want you have to pay extra 30 dollars a day to get upgrade.
The room we were in had bed bugs!!! Shower didn't work. Management was very rude!!
Internet and wireless access wasn't good. Inside of room was a blind spot for any wireless connectivity. Our cell phones could not be able to connect to its carrier inside the room at all.
Location was great & the view from our room of the High Roller was fun to watch
We specifically asked at check-in about the pool & were not informed it was closed for renos nor were we told we could use the pool at another hotel. Carpets in hallway were in dirty & poor condition
The free parking for the guest The perfect location in Las Vegas The amazing pools The vies from our room on the Strip
you have to pay for wifi, and wait a lifetime for checking in (maybe I should have used their on line check-in but did not work on my smartphone)
Upgraded us to a suite because the room we bought were booked. The man at the front desk was great help. Good customer service.
no backdrop exit no computer black jack
