Bath did not work properly, hair dryer in the bathroom did not work. The bed settee in the living area was uncomfortable.

The service. One of the bell boy, the attitude is pretty bad and rude. He broke one of my friend's Y-3 luggage. I understand NYC is a pretty stressed city but at least he could smile and say sorry. The hotel needs to train their staffs well, maybe have a morning conference or gatherings with their staffs to boost their moral. Be more polite or more positive. We all sometimes can have a bad day, but since you are in the service line, you should always stay polite.

The room was good but the lobby gives a bad first impression. It really needs to work at it.

Once again, the lobby. The staff some were competent and others weren't. They mixed up on the tariff rates.

location perfec, the only thing that i did not like was the decoration at the elevator lobby.

Hotel staff at front desk were polite and helpful.I had a pleasant stay.

The rooms were a bit bare, but that's not really a complaint.

the location is good . and theway the lobby isso small you do not have to run to lots of people.

the facilities are poor . slow and problematic elevators. concierge not available .

The location of the hotel was excellent and the room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

Front desk could be more welcoming , not very chatty or over friendly.

Our tub overflowed with raw sewage. The maintenance man came to unplug it but left chuncks of human waste in the tub. No one came to dissinfect the tub until the next day. Totally disgusting!! I complained to the Concierge but all he said the next day was "would you like a new room? it was too late for that!!! He was extremely rude and too busy to talk because he was engaged in a conversation with another employee? I've already written two complaints but have heard notheing back from this site or directly writing to the hotel, so I find this exercise useless. I deserve compensation for this disgusting ordeal. If anyone even reads this?

The hotel was conveniently located in the Times Square area. The hotel was a good value. Although a little spartan in decor, the room was very clean, a good size, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Nice view from the fitness center.

The heater in the room made too much noise. The elevators were slow.

It's a good Manhattan hotel. Everything worked well, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was wonderful.

Room service, while promoted at check-in, doesn't really work. No light in or around the closet made it hard to use.

I would stay at flatotel hotel again ......that say's it all !

the bath /shower area has small tile not a smart disign idea ...but the hotel needs to invest in tile cleaner/elbow grese in order to keep the intended look desgner was going for looks shabby

I really loved the room, it was very spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. I the linens, and pillows were wonderful. I felt like there was plenty of room for all my clothes and slept like a baby! I would recommend this hotel

I thought it was priced to high! And the resturant was not good at all. I ate there one night and would not consider eating there again. And room service the food was not good either. When I would call to order they never had what I ask for, food that was on the menu. Bad food!
