Plasseringen er utmerket; rommene er store og romslige; sengen fast og god; lesepulten behagelig med god leselampe. Dusjen og baderommet dekket alle behov. Foajéen var stummende mørk, og personalet kunne godt kostet på seg et smil i ny og ne. Rommet var altfor mørkt; lampene var få og belyste bare sengehode, lesepult og gang. Vi bodde 6 dager og fikk bare ett såpestykke; måtte etter 4 dager mase for å få ett til, samt mer toalettpapir. Denne mangelen sto ikke i stil med inntrykket ellers av hotellet. Frokosten var et kapittel for seg selv. Kontinental frokost reklamerer man med; sannheten er at man hver morgen måtte ned i matsalen og be om frokost (2 bagels hver), som det kunne ta 1/2 time før vi fikk den brakt til et bord utenfor matsalen, nærmere bestemt i foajéen. Dette var en ugrei opplevelse; det selskapet som står for frokosten, burde få en oppstrammer av hotelledelsen. |

close to Time Square The service. One of the bell boy, the attitude is pretty bad and rude. He broke one of my friend's Y-3 luggage. I understand NYC is a pretty stressed city but at least he could smile and say sorry. The hotel needs to train their staffs well, maybe have a morning conference or gatherings with their staffs to boost their moral. Be more polite or more positive. We all sometimes can have a bad day, but since you are in the service line, you should always stay polite. |

Location was good, staff in reception were helpful, peaceful in room didn't hear any other guests. A bit on the expensive side based on the condition of the rooms. We had one of the suites which could have done with a bit of a makeover ! a bit tired looking. Booked the room on the internet for 3 persons my wife, 14 year old daughter and myself, lucky I phoned to enquire what type of sleeping arrangements there was for my daughter ! a couch ! On the plus side they did change my room to include a bed settee, but when I arrived I had to ask for bedding !! room was cold could not adjust the air conditioning, blowing cold air constantly. User guide for equipment in suite would be helpful to guests (air con, cooker, etc) Tv picture in living room not very good. |

The room was good but the lobby gives a bad first impression. It really needs to work at it. Once again, the lobby. The staff some were competent and others weren't. They mixed up on the tariff rates. |

Excellent location in midtown Manhattan close to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. Also close to a subway station just a few blocks away with access to AirTrain and JFK airport. |

Location. Clean modern spacious room and bathroom for a city hotel. Courteous bell svc staff. Very ordinary borderline disappointing food - I ordered 1 breakfast (omelette) and 1 dinner (soup and salad). Recommend eating out. Reception area/hotel entrance dark not very inviting. |

convenience Our tub overflowed with raw sewage. The maintenance man came to unplug it but left chuncks of human waste in the tub. No one came to dissinfect the tub until the next day. Totally disgusting!! I complained to the Concierge but all he said the next day was "would you like a new room? it was too late for that!!! He was extremely rude and too busy to talk because he was engaged in a conversation with another employee? I've already written two complaints but have heard notheing back from this site or directly writing to the hotel, so I find this exercise useless. I deserve compensation for this disgusting ordeal. If anyone even reads this? |

The location was excellent. Between central park and times square. However the room was not quite what we expected by watching the foto's. Rooms were not soundproof, everything that happened on the hallway was loud and clear in the room. Every door that slammed closed was really annoing during the night. Most of the time no one opened the door for us, and when we left the only thing he did was putting our bags in the taxi. We payed 5 dollars tip, and were thanked by a (what? is this it? kinda attitude). We will never go back to this hotel. |

The hotel was conveniently located in the Times Square area. The hotel was a good value. Although a little spartan in decor, the room was very clean, a good size, and the bed was comfortable. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Nice view from the fitness center. The heater in the room made too much noise. The elevators were slow. |

My mum and dad had contacted the Chef Concierge Gregory prior to our stay who they found to be extremely helpful and even upgraded our room when discovering that this was my last trip with my girlfriend before a 6 month deployment with the Navy which made our trip even more special! Overall the staff were very friendly and our room was always left spotless by the maids on return from a busy day sight seeing. Our room also had excellent views and we were pleased to find Times Square and the 5th Avenue shops were only a short stroll away. |

It's a good Manhattan hotel. Everything worked well, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was wonderful. Room service, while promoted at check-in, doesn't really work. No light in or around the closet made it hard to use. |
