в отеле не понравилось ничего. остались разочарованы. и очень пожалели что не могли отменить бронь. отель старый, все еле дышит.в лифтах очередеь ( так как их всего два на такое большое количество номеров недостаточно). персонал крайне неприветливый ( что редкость для америки). завтраки - очередь за кофе и тарелкой фруктов. самое главное разочарование- картинки на букинг коме не соответсвуют реальности. об этом вам писали и другие гости отеля. так что уважаемая адсинистрация сайта внимательно следите за тем кого вы предлагаете вашим пользователям. P.S. противоположное мнение оставил отель ака hotel. обязательно выберем его снова.

The location is the only thing likeable

1) There are bed bugs in the bed. My friends and I were itchy during our entire stay 2) There is no pay per view option on TV 3) The housekeeping apparently does not clean the room even if u leave the "please clean my room" signage 4) The shower head sprays water everywhere and is extremely uncomfortable without adjusting options 5) The water is hot in both hot and cold options. It burned our faces. I called the hotel staff twice on 2 separate days, a plumber was sent up the room and just told us to have the water running for a long time for the water to cool down. This is abnormal 6) There is no AC in elevator nor hallways, its so claustrophobic on the floors. If i could rate this hotel i would give it a 0

the room istoo darkin the morning

I thought the location was absolutely brilliant. Extremely close to the sights and metro stops to access all parts of the city.

Very friendly staff, great location, amazing room for the price

I requested a trundle bed at check-in but didn't get one until I called again the next day. Also, booked a 2-bedroom but only got a 1-bedroom.

Location, space, value

I thought the room was very good at the hotel a good size and the room was always cleaned to a very good standard the only thing letting the standard of the room down was the tv it was very outdated. Most of the people in the hotel seemed very kind and helpful.

For the price of the hotel I do not think paying for the wi fi is acceptable, I think this should be free for all guest and $15 for 24 hours is terrible. It was a shame that the television in the room was so old and had a poor picture on most channels i felt it really let the standard of the room down.

From the moment we arrived in nyc, we were happy to catch a cab locally to the hotel (we rode subway to get uptown - Manhattan). We were greeted with a smile and very helpful service! We were in town for New Year's Eve to see the ball drop in Times Square. Obviously, it was going to be crowded, but the staff was helpful in letting us know what to do and what to avoid. The hotel was chic and stylish. The room was comfy and the heater worked (very important for East Coast winters)... And the hot water was soo pleasant after being out in the cold all day! I loved that each time we left, Times Square was just around the corner and that there wasn't much traffic in front of the entrance of the hotel (people walking). We had a ny Times paper delivered each morning. Checkout is at 11 am, but we still had the whole day to sightsee and the staff let us leave our luggage until we were ready to leave town, which was close to 5 pm (that was nice!!). I would defnitely recommend this place to family and friends! :)

The one thing I did not like about the hotel was the continental breakfast. It just didn't taste good and seems stale.

The location was excellent for nyc and especially ate Square

The rooms need updating. And he sofa bed in my room needed throwing in the trash. The bathrooms needed cleaning and updating especially the poor shower.

Location and room concepts.

Dirty carpet, Mold in shower. Black rubber on the bottom of the glass panel on the tub stained the wash cloth. The mold rubbed off on the wash cloth too. This is a simple thing to fix.

the consierge was great.

Three of us were in the room. there were two cots in the living room and and a king bed in the bedroom. WE were informed when we booked the room it was a suite that would accomidate four with a living room area, having 2 cots in the living room did not meet our expectations. the carpet was badly soiled, there was no art work on the walls, the furniture in the living room was soiled and old.

We received a room upgrade when we arrive, so instead of having a regular room we had an amazing suite. The room was also very clean and with all the services you can expect on a 4 star hotel.

The hotel lobby design is not very comfortable or charming, and they also should take more care of the lobby and elevator area maintenance.
