Accomodating staff amd good location. Room was verycomfortable excellent bed.

There was no cold water and could not tale a shower as the water was scalding Staff compensated us for this problem

Complimentary breakfests were pretty poor for 4* hotel.

The price for a ny hotel and location.

Worn out hotel. Looks like they are renovating. Scuff marks on walls, paint peeling on ceiling in bathroom. Hot water takes a good 5 minutes before you can take a shower. Some type of bugs in bathtub. Safe did not work. Carpets look like they need a cleaning. Disappointed. Will not stay there again. Hotel restaurant staff want a tip for self serve continental breakfast. Not sure how they are a 4 star.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is pretty small, so we were worried about what the room would be like, and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was huge, very clean, and modern. The location couldn't be better, and for the price can definitely not be beat. The parking was convenient also. We are planning a return trip very soon!

Family suitability

Clealiness and breakfast should be more varied. Breakfast staff was not able to cop with the amount of people coming in and the variety in foods was not offered and not for a 4 star standard

Room was very spacious and clean.

Very clean but elevators were a problem, took 5-10 mins waiting for the elevator. At times, end up using the service elevator to get around the hotel. Sunday morning, not sure if it was the guest int he room next to us but around 9, it was quite noisy. There were banging, not sure if there were working but also laughing and loud talking.

The location is great. Rooms are clean and big.

The elevator is really slow [there are just two togo to level 46] and the breakfast room is to small. There are always people waiting to go in. Als the breakfast could be a little bit more stuff [a egg or yoghurt]... Some rooms are quite noisy.

We got a huge suite. I like it.

We stayed in the one bedroom suite with 4 people. It had plenty of room.

The roll out bed was broken. There was one face cloth for 4 people.

The position is excellent.

The heater didn't work. The shower was cold. The room was dusty. The staff was not very kind, sometimes it seemed like they were kidding when we had problems with the heater. We speak english in a schoolastic way and they didn't help us at all even when they understood the meaning of our phrases. The rooms are totally different from those in the pictures. The most important thing is that they took from my credit card 3000$ of deposit without a previous notice, and if my friends didn't lend me some money I would have been with no money for the whole week! This was not fair.

Location is terrific-right on top of Time Square,Broadway and a 10 minute walk to Central park and Rockefeller centre..Its in a quiet bit of 52nd Street.Staff were ok,one or two a bit surly-room was amazing-I booked a 2 room apartment but was free upgraded to a colossal 3 bedroom one with incredible views.Free continental breakfast was fine,eat plenty as much as you like.Internet at $12.95 for a day was fast and efficient.You can easily and for free store luggage if booked out and flight isnt until evening.But Location is unbeatable.Made for a fabulous visit to this amazing city.

Not much I didn't like.Not cheap,and just 2 lifts can mean waiting around a bit.

Staff friendly

Room dark and in need of renovation. Lift call didn't work om 18th floor so had to use stairs. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Whole hotel smelled of smoking.
