Standard amenities include towels, bed sheets, linens, a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, washer and dryer, some homes have a pull out sofa.
The master bedroom features either a King or Queen bed and its own private bathroom, often with garden tub. The 2nd bedroom features either a double bed or a set of twins; the 3rd bedroom has a set of twins.
Townhomes are located in gated communities with complimentary access to community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and basketball courts as well.
Orlando’s best attractions are a short drive away. Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World are just minutes away.
Enjoy more than 60 championship golf courses, fishing, water sports, biking and walking trails, airboat rides, horse-back riding, and shopping, which are all offered in the Orlando and Kissimmee area.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Pool homes do not share access to community pool. Please be advised that pool heating and spas are optional and subject to availability and will incur additional charges. The request for pool heating must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Please note that not all homes are equipped with pool heaters nor have spas or are pet friendly. Request for heaters have a minimum of 3 nights or more.
