That we wanted to book a hotel in Globe and oversaw the bar, that seperates hotels in Globe from hotels around Globe. Cancellation was not possible any more; so we had to travel a 120mi loop.

Tha staff and facility were of the upmost... We were not pleased with the smell of "an old put away towel" in the bathroom. We had to leave the bathroom fan on all night to help the smell... We think that the shower curtain was the cause, or when the bathroom was cleaned, it was cleaned with a smelly dirty rag...

The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The location was great and the hotel was very clean. Loved the breakfast Rooms were cleaned later in the day. Would have liked for the stay over to be earlier.

The location was perfect for us. We were visiting friends who live close by. The facility looks new. Everything is clean and sharp looking. There were many high school boys staying at the facility and the breakfast staff could not keep up with the demand, so breakfast was only so so. I don't think this was really the fault of the staff. They were overwhelmed.

Quiet and clean. Super friendly staff. Carton of milk was spoiled. This happened on a previous stay here also, so feel it is worth bringing to your attention. East side entrance door was not working making for a long walk. Womens bathroom was out of order by pool.

It was close to where we needed to be. The breakfast that was provided was poor, Downtown Florence doesn't have really good restaurants and so we had to travel a distant to have a nice meal. I was disappointed that there was no restaurant attached to the Holiday Inn Express.
