The suite was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed the balcony and the pool/spa area as it was adjacent to the building we stayed in.

The toaster did not work correctly and smoked up the room when we attempted to make toast. We did not like the fact that we had to purchase coffee for the coffee maker @ $1.25 per single cup package (they only supplied a starter kit that lasted one day with 5 adults). Although the room was clean there was significant dust on the light fixtures above the island in the kitchen.

Good location to visit Disney world & Universal parks. Also could walk to Outlet shopping & supermarket. Lovely pool area. Great room set up for family, 2 bathrooms, free wi-fi.

Could have had additional shuttles to theme parks - but still good

I like the 3 front-desk managers' postiive & prompt responses (especially Claudine) whenever I have complaints to the poor services rendered by the staff. I like the 2 concierge staff namely Nilda & Wildo who were warm, competent & resourceful with their advice & tips. Ryan, the maintenance guy, was very nice, pleasant & caring to our needs. Receptionists Yaneda & Lisa were nice & helpful. I like the adequate facilities in the room which made us feel like "a home away from our home". Gabriel also gave us the room with the best view to firework displays for 4 theme parks. It's also very close (2 mins drive) to Premium Outlets, restaurants, Publix supermarket, Walsgreen, Petrol Kiosk & helicopter tour yet away from noise & traffic. Going to Walt Disney World is just 10 mins away.

The front-desk receptionists are good when meet in person but via phone, most of them tend not to display warmth & sympathy when things (or facilities) in the room go faulty eg. Food disposal, toaster, coffee brewing machine. Receptionist Maria was not pleasant but abrupt & cold when I complaint about the faulty brewing machine. In our 12 days, the maintenance staff screwed up alot & delayed delivering urgent things promptly except for Ryan. We were very pissed off with the rotten & unwelcoming attitude of one of the Palm Cafe staff (not Lisa). She was blatantly rude & unapologetic with her behavior until Steven steps in.

The studios are very convenient and comfortable.

Value for money resort. Excellent to explore Orlando. Unfortinately you seem to receive poorly located rooms (ground floor) when booked through booking.com. But room was very well equiped and clean with nice pool area.

The friendliness of the staff stands out alongside the comfort of the apartment/resort as the high points.

The cafe bar could have had more variety and more food provisions for a self catering facility.

Floridays is in great location, right off International Drive's range of restaurants, shops and attractions, and only a 20 minute drive from Disney World & Universal theme parks. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful and the maids always made sure our suite was clean and tidy.

There was nothing we didn't like about the resort.

This hotel is excellently placed for all that Orlando has to offer. The staff were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself was very nice, a massive king size bed and 2 doubles for the children. Great bathrooms and everything you needed in the kitchen except a kettle!!

Large apartment, easy to get to the hotel shuttle to the Theme Parks, nice staff. Perfect for our family.

The location and veiw.

The rooms were not clean at all , there were blood spots on the beds covers, I went to complain to fron desk and the lady there looked at me in a way which I didn't like, with my reconfirming and insisting to change the bed coveres she promised to take care but nothing happened. In the guest room the second night, the room ceiling start to speckle water on the bed. I didn't complain as it seems they don't care , and used the master room only . On the check out I informed the front desk

Enjoyed the location (close to Seaworld & Disney). Room was ideal for the 4 of us. Great having a washer & dryer. Towels changed daily and there were plenty. Pool was also good.

Only one coffee pack issued even though we were there for 10 nts! Asked for more but was told no as you only get issued one per stay!
