Beds were very comfortable

Refrigerator should not be in closet, coffeemaker should be out on flat surface, there should be grab bars in the tub area along with no-slip strips on floor of tub.

The man at the registration desk was very professional , warm and caring.

The reading lamp next to the TV wasn't working.

no internet. Dirty rooms. Uncomfortable bed. Lousy breakfast. Loud construction in lobby for OVER A YEAR! THIS PLACE IS GROSS. THE NIGHT STAFF IS RUDE. THE DAY STAFF Talked me out of the expensive suite I tried to book! Sad sad place.

We booked in and dropped our luggage off in our room and left for the airport to return our rental car as we had an early morning flight and as just wanted to use the hotel shuttle service. I could not find my wallet at the airport and thought I had left it in my hotel room but it was not there. I went down to the front desk and they had found my wallet on the counter and had locked it away for safe keeping. This finished off 10 wonderful days in Fort Myers. Great staff.

Temporary remodeling and changing to Sheraton. Made for a very confusing check in for people prior to us. We waited quite some time.

not sure...maybe the bed. the shower was OK too. shuttle guy in the morning was OCD prompt.

just about everything else. it was really a dismal experience. room felt damp and I think there was a mushroom under the desk. check-in was goofy, Dina couldn't focus on anything she was doing. I will never stay there again.

one of the staff was not very cooperative to my husband in regard to a smile request. Another staff had children behind the desk with her on at least two occasions, not very professional.

....Nothing. It was a bait and switch operation. The fat clerk was more interested in the care of her child than logging my request for a wake up call. I missed my plane and paid over 300 dollars for that disaster to be fixed.. Stay away from this bunch of frauds.
