Flushing Hotel  

There was gum on the nightstand. The phone didn't work. An old toothbrush was still in the bathroom. The elevator always had a garbage bag in it. The TV only had cable sometimes. I called the front desk (from my cell since the room phone didn't work) for an iron, they never sent it to my room. The "free breakfast" was "cup of noodles" with hot water. It was so grungy I slept with my clothing on.

Staff was not nice, and they did not even inform that the city will block the nearest subway station during weekend. It is too overpriced given the room quality and the condition of the hotel. The room smells unpleasant even though it is non-smoking room. I will never ever stay in this hotel again, ever.

Nothing really but the price but you pay for what you get. I will never stay there again.

The staff was rude when you call. The room was not clean at all it other folks clothes still left in the room before us. I will never stay here again.

I especially like the hard mattress, it is comfortable.

Took a huge deposit which resulted in overdrafting my acct. No wake up call even though requested. No fridge or microwave even though advertised

Staff is kind of rude, the rooms are dirty and is expensive if you compare it with what you get. When I arrived the room was cleaned a few minutes ago and still I found hairs and dirt in the bathroom, so I assumed they didn't even cleaned the rest.

Nothing at all

No hot water for the 2 days I stayed. Hotel staff told me she knew there wa a problem wioth hot water, but can't do nothing about it. What?! No refund or discount offered either. Will never stay there again!

The water in this hotel is so little and I also can't feel the hot water, just like warm water. And this hotel is also expensive at Thanksgiving day when I checked at. I think the location of this hotel is good because I wanted to live in Flushing where is China Town because I am a Chinese. I wanted to taste Chinese food.

Sleeping on floor would have been more comfortable, walls paper thin, curtains falling off of the hangers

There was a male receptionist on 10/23 morning. This guy was so harsh and rude. He does not know how to interact with customers. The other Lady reps were friendly and cordial. The computer provided for browsing is not free. THat was not good. THey charge $3 for every 10 min or something. Breakfast was horrible. Had Chinese Noodles, eggs, corn flakes, cold milk, bread and coffee.No provision to get hot milk. Only starts by 7 am. Os those who need to hotel before 7 am will miss it. Rooms were clean and tidy. Beware of the pricing in Booking.com. They dont include the taxes and you might get mislead.

The hotel was convenient to subway and there was nearby shopping areas. The view was okay, however, the continental breakfast was not as advertised.

For Chinese, this hotel is recommended. Especially it's quite easy to find food around this hotel. However, compared with other international hotel, there is big space to improve.

I hated it! Would not reccomend to anyone.

close to MTA transportation. surrounded by many bakeries for breakfast and lunch, healthy dinners at reasonable prices.

maid service does not do very good job of maitained cleaning....no toilet paper often. it is a long ride on crowded MTA to/from Manhattan

excellent value! price was low compared to other hotels and the staff was very helpful, even letting me use their refridgerator. the room was adequate, nothing fancy & TV left something to be desired, but wifi was there and that's all we needed. It's right in the middle of chinatown and a quick 5 minute walk to subway/ train. there are tons of places to eat nearby.

could use more cable channels.

The hotel was convent as we went to look at Vaughn College for my son. But did not care so much for the hotel.

This hotel is very good for indians and chineese who use taketours .com services to Niagara .Pick up location is nearby .
