Breakfast selection The room was not cleaned (staff admitted it), sheets were not changed, shower was used within the hour before we had entered the room, and there was a used condom in the trash can. Staff said shower and towels had been used and switched out and only top of bedding was rustled a little so they just smoothed it out. What kind of business is that place running...a prostitute hotel?!?!

The room was pretty clean and well kept. I liked the marble sinktop and the crown molding. I did not use it but the closet space seemed nice. The room prices seemed high to me but compared to other hotels in the area they were actually very economical. The front desk staff was very nice. I liked that they offered apples at the complimentary breakfast. The hotel does not seem to be in the best location. The safety glass at the front desk made me nervous. People loitering around the hotel at night was also not comforting. There was sticky liquid spilled all over the downstairs hallways the night I checked in and still there in the morning. Housekeeping staff were cleaning rooms in the morning but ignoring the mess in the hallways. The complimentary breakfast is very small because the lobby is tiny. There was dry cereal but no milk to put on it.

Nette Mitarbeiter, Zimmer sehr sauber, guter Standard, Pool ist auch gut Lage direkt am Highway, zwischen diversenen asiatisch geführten Läden. Keine gute Gegend zum schlendern. Aber mit dem Auto kommt man gut weg. Der Geräuschpegel im Zimmer ist auch ok. Alles in allem gut für eine, maximal zwei Übernachtungen.

Vi bad om extra kuddar och filt och detta ordnades fram fort. Jag ogillade det faktum att deras inkluderade frukost va under all kritik. Det fanns inget bröd överhuvudtaget och det gick inte ens att skaka fram en tepåse.

This is the worest motel I never had. 1. Staff were very unfriendly. 2. One week ahead my reserved date, I have been charged the accommodations TWICE, the staff said that's because I had two nights booking the one is 12th and the other one is 19th, and I only show up once, even I only booked for 1 nignt and showed them the printed reservation, they still insisted I had 2 nights booking. Next morning when I checked out and asked for receipt, they told me that they only charged me one night fee, but they never admitted they made this mistake. 3. Over charging, they changed me one night accomodations, after 7 minutes, they charged me again. The motel insisted they only charged me once, I already sent my bank statement to booking.com, booking.com will negociate with their management for me, still waitting for feedback. 4. Room are very DIRTY, facilities are very very old, I was suprised they could find a market to sell this kind of old furniture.

Clean, functional, bathroom is nice and looks new, quiet, convenient access to freeway 101: Does not have any brochure in room showing amenities such as where the breakfast is served, wifi is available, where to get ice, tv channels guide, etc.
