Fontainebleau Miami Beach  

Very nice. Lots to do.

Extremely pricey. Bathroom was size of a closet.

Nice physical plant. Definitely has a hip feel. Full of beautiful people. Service at restaurants and bars was very good.

Check in was a zoo. Front desk , especially Shmolen, acted like they were doing you a favor after waiting in line for 90 min to check in. Reservations line completely unhelpful. Price was obscene even at the conference rate which i was unable to secure even though i attended the conference. Not sure why, but was unwilling to blow ANOTHER 90 min of my day waiting in line to have this discussion. Some (a small fraction) of the beautiful people at the bars were clearly for sale. Not a place for families despite nice pools and great beach access. Kind of a 3 star Vegas feel.

I had the best 10 days for sure. Thanks Fontainebleau . Beach, food, drinks , location all excellent .

Big line to check in , guys u have to do smthing to help ur guest not to hold then in the line!!! And the staff in sorento tower on reception r rude, never helpfull even with the suitcase. Is it 5 stars hotel? U guys should be much interested of ur costumers. At the rest all was nice)

nice room great staff cleaning room pleasant and helpful. restaurant service was very weak i walked out on breakfast twice lack of service and my sushi smelled like fish and I got sick. The steak house was amazing the best mac and cheese ever, service was great. Overall the staff intentions are good and sincere but staff need more management leadership and direction to properly execute this great property.

long line for breakfast wether sit down or grab and go VERY POOR access to coffee in am. Expensive food ...

The location is good if you are coming for the Boat Show, as well the beach and swimming pool area is wonderful.

Everything is very expensive, water- 10 $! The air-conditioning in the hotel is terribly cold everywhere!

The interior was gorgeous, the exterior including the pool areas were beautiful. The bellboys were very helpful and service was quick and prompt.

I went to Miami Beach mainly To attend liv. The club was disappointing for two reasons: the dj was terrible and the bouncers were aggressive and rude.

- location; - good pool staff; - excellent room service staff; - very good food in the restarants;

- main building have no windows to open but if you lucky to take one with balcony you will have headache for sure cause outside ventilation system so noisy as you fly old aircraft; - management making business, but not hospitality; - there is no breakfast on the outside. You can only seat inside restaraunt how good the weather can be; - reception staff are not hospitable; - feeling like you live in shopping centre. Everything looks and organized to spending money.

O hotel é muito bonito, piscinas limpas, ótimo atendimento em toda a área do hotel.

Muito movimentado, tendo assim muita fila na recepção. Fui no hotel quando tinha um evento grande de um grupo, não pude aproveitar algumas áreas.

La SPA è forse il punto di forza dell'hotel insieme ad alcuni dei ristoranti.

Il servizio è molto peggiorato negli ultimi anni cosi come la pulizia e la privacy /tranquillità delle camere Il rapporto qualità prezzo è assolutamente insufficiente

o hotel eh incrível, o antendiemento na piscina eh espetacular, claro pra este padrão é tudo um pouco caro, não espere gastar apenas o valor da diária.

ويعيبه بأنه يوجد في الإستقبال أكبر نايت في ميامي فلا تصلح الإقامة لعائله محافظه

Piscinas, alimentação, fitness, acomodações.

Barulho de madrugada e conversa alta no corredor do quarto. Cheiro de cigarro no corredor nesse mesmo dia do barulho, embora eu tenha solicitado andar de não fumantes.
