The room was big, clean and bathroom was updated. Also you had hd tv and Internet. The decor and fact that at night there was a nightclub which made it uncomfortable to sit at the bar or lobby.

Tivemos um bom atendimento do pessoal do hotel. O unico problema foi na hora de pagar uma das contas dos três quartos que usamos. Em um deles a diária foi cobrada com acréscimo perto de 35% em relação aos outros. Um absurdo pois nas outras duas os valores eram bem diferentes. Hotel bonito, bom atendimento, mas tem que ficar atento.

отвратительное впечатление от персонала отеля. с четвертого раза и на третий день пребывания добились через скандал заселения в номер, соответствующий уровню и уплаченной цене. все очень дорого, вода в номере -10 $! еда невкусная и однообразная, к тому же завтрак в стоимость не входит. короче. никому не посоветуем этот отель, только испортите отдых и впечатление о маями гостям отеля не гарантирована безопасность, в частности, в номер к нашей 22-летней дочери под предлогом какой-то проверки 3 раза входил якобы сотрудник секьюрити, пытался заблокировать закрывание двери, чтобы проникнуть в номер в отсутсвие дочери. после обращения к шефу по безопасности никаких мер предпринято не было, и только обращение к менеджеру отеля вызвало мнимую реакцию. выяснилось, что этот тип в службе безопасности не значится, т.е. неизвестно кто в форме сотрудника безопасности беспрепятственно разгуливал по этажам и заходил в номера с неизвестно какой целью. отель не сдержал обещания разобраться с этой ситуацией и никаких объяснений нам не предоставил, не говоря уже о компенсации. отдых испорчен.

Valet service aan 36$ per nacht! En nog 30 min. moeten wachten. Geen mogelijkheid om ontbijt en diner buiten te nemen. Binnen alles veel te koud. Net als in een koelkast. Italiaans restaurant zaten we te rillen! Superior ocean view geboekt. Zich op deel strand en op enorme turbines van de airco die dag en nacht blijven draaien. Dus geen moment rustig op je terras. Kamer en badkamer zeer klein. Kast en lades te kort. Afstand strand - kamer en terug = 30 min.!

The staff was wonderful !!! And Liv is right downstairs to even though they still charge hotel guest $ 30 hahha The fact that when you rent cabanas on the beach to relax non renter come right by you and talk on cell phones and play with thier kids and you cant relax
