How far the pool was from our room in Versailles tower.
The hotel was beautiful & the service was great, especially Samuel at the front desk, who assisted us & resolved a booking issue. The room w/an ocean view was amazing!
Beautiful, great staff
All prime locations by the pool where pay to stay. $300 a day for bed by pool, while pool lounge chairs were to close together (very uncomfortable)because so much of the pool area was "pay"
the list is entirely too long. the room, the view, the staff, the restaurants, bleau bar, especially marisa
staff impersonal like robots
Great food , great location !! Everything was wonderful.
From the valet to the bellman to the front desk everyone was welcoming, and warm! Taylor in the front desk reception couldn't have been nicer!! Javier at the main pool kept coming by to make sure we had everything we needed, and were comfortable, plus he did something special to help make my sons birthday an unforgettable experience! Sometimes with a hotel this size, meals can be inconsistent, everything was cooked to perfection, and tasted fantastic! We loved our whole experience and can't wait to go back!!
They charged me more than US$500 for 2 collect calls to Brazil (20 minutes each)!! (curiously, both had exactly the same value)... - Crowded beach in front of the hotel - Small bed - Low pressure at the shower - Messy and expensive (US$43) vallet service - Far from South Beach (need to go by car) - Did not answer my e-mails questioning about the rates for phone calls
Beautiful pool, big rooms with nice views. The hotel has a lot of history too.
Not walking distance to other restaurants or hotels in South Beach. Cooling units on the roof make noise.
Resort fee and gratuity added to everything automatically
Very nice Hotel, good environment, localisation, access to the beach and so on.
- Parking lot so expensive U$ 40 per night and the service of valet is bad. We have to wait in general 20 minutes for the car and sometimes 45 minutes. - Staff at front desk are arrogant and in general they show lack of knowledge of the Hotel infrastructure.
Beach connexion. Security. Good renovation.
The hotel charge me with an extra fee of $199 for booking.com services. I'll submit a complain and refund request. The menus are expensive.
Backed up shower drain.
The service at valet and the system. The computer in the room Food at Vida and Blade is good
Pretty much everything else. When we arrived no one even helped us with our luggage. Everything is extremely overpriced. The rooms are not well maintained. The towers are only 5 years old but they looked like they are much older. The amenities in the rooms are subpar to the standard of the hotel. I have seen better coffee makers in small hotel chains, mirrors in the bathroom and room, very poor. No 2 sided mirror nor a magnified make up mirror? As a guest of the hotel you have no preference at any of the restaurants or clubs. The food and service at Le Cote was the worst I have ever experienced. I bought a fruit berry salad at Chez Bon Bon and it had a worm in it! Housekeeping service was very inconsistent. When I checked in the room was not vacuumed, there were crumbs all over the carpet, there was hair on the bathroom floor...YUK There are better and newer hotels that I would stay at in the future
pool area and beach overcrowded, no space, no privacy, long ways because of four buildings, expensive small details, bottle water 10$?... gratuity not included, I love people having respect and character (no hotel problem)
Our room had a great ocean view and the room had great interior and amenities.
Valet Parking took 45 mins on 11/29 to retrieve our car and we missed our water sports appointment in key west. We lost lot of money because of one valet driver's mistake. We expressed our disappointment right out there but we didn't hear any action taken on that so far.
The pool and facilities were great and the staff was excellent.
The beach was too crowded and the food was very over priced for what it was.
They try to charge me 75 dollars a day to have a microwave and a frigid are, also they charge me 41 dollars a day for parking, not offert self parking, give tips every time to have my car was expensive.
The hotel has several large pools which are nice – they play music loudly all day so if you are looking to relax avoid! The rooms were bright and modern. The cocktails were great but at $17 each they were expensive. The food at Hakkasan was great but we were annoyed to find out after check out we should have been given a discount booklet which would have saved us 25%.
Sun beds in the sun are in short supply (most of the pool area is in the shade by 2pm) and if you leave for more than 30mins they remove your things and put it in lost property. The staff seemed very strict with the rules – unless you were willing to tip big, which I found very distasteful. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the adult only pool – however we were unable to use this without paying additional fees for the beds. Bathrooms are very small and don’t have a bath. We paid to upgrade to a room with a balcony which was a HUGE waste of money – the balcony over looked 4 huge industrial fans which made the balcony very unpleasant to use. It also only had two chairs and no table. I am a very heavy sleeper but were woken every night of our 5 night stay by noising neighbours due to the interconnecting doors (don’t stay here if you don’t want to stay up until 4am every night!) I queued at the front desk three times to report issues I was having with my stay – each time I waited over 15mins before giving up. One night we had a issue we needed to report to the police, we called the concierge and asked for a non-emergency police number and they didn’t ever ask if everything was okay! We had Thanksgiving dinner in Vida – they forgot my starter and our main course took over an hour to arrive.
I like the mac computer in the room..
No Cafe maker in the room. A paper cup of cafe of no quality is sold to you at USD 6.75!! When we got to the room the toilette would not flush. In the bathroom there where black hair remaining, the same on the bathrope. Eventough the house is pleasant its way too expensive for what you get.
The food, the service, the pools, the hotel
It was expensive but worth it.
Large selection of restaurants and cuisines, very friendly and accommodating staff, quiet and extremely comfy rooms
Too many people, crammed in like sheep by the pool, very small, crowded beach front, and everything is very expensive.
