Out side door would not open -- could not enter the building from outside rear entrance as was recommended. Centrally located swimming pool very loud late in the evening. Motor-like noise from 3 - 5 a.m. kept me awake both nights. Could be a really nice retro-style motel, but needs more careful management.
Friendly from desk personnel.
The hot tub was cold and the kids were up to late playing in pool.
How room was set up n clean
Dirty Q-tip on floor, loud thumping music till 2 in the AM, sign for Rodeway Inn is combined with Ecno Lodge. Made it confusing to find place. Someone at front desk should have mentioned this when confirming reservations.
Ice box, bed, nice room.
Nothing I enjoyed it all
Everything I didn't dislike anything
It worked but was falling apart. Nothing was in good condition other than the tv. The lamp cords had been cut and poorly wired back together, AC / heater was falling out of the wal, shower dirty, different colored patches of carpet.
I slept well, everything worked.
It was on remodeling and the room they gave us was awful the remodeled rooms looked good but I wish they had told us in the first place the real condition of the hotel we had to move to another place
Everything nothing worked beds weren't clean switched rms twice phones not working rms were unclean doors didn't shut all way
The restaurant and lounge both were closed and there was no game room. Also the hotel was under renovation and there was furniture stacked everywhere in the common area by the pool. The common areas were cold like they didn't have the heaters on. Construction noise could be heard in our room early in the morning and all day long.
Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly.
Lack of Cleanliness, dog feces in the interior hallway, pentagrams drawn on the wall in our room, holes in the walls in our room, no pillows on the bed, Hotel generally in a state of disrepair.
Location next to highway, staff was courteous.
The entire hotel and facility looked like part of the caprini greens. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. The entire hotel was dirty the rooms had tiles falling off the walls. The carpet was pulled up there was no bar or breakfast as advertised via the website
Ok, so the sign in front states "under new management" and some renovation of the building was evident, but the existing rooms still need to be kept up. Carpet stains, dog food on the floor under the table, walls were obviously dirty...I could go on. At least the towels and bedding were clean. Believe me, I checked.
The staff were friendly and helpful at late check in, early check out and very helpful when I had to return to retrieve a an item that I had forgotten.
Not enough pillows on beds and only one desk person up front short staffed so we couldnt get extras. Left a item and took three days calling for them to say they found it. No breakfast or restaraunt.
Too bad jacuzzi was out of order but kids loved the big indoor pool. Rooms were a good size.
tv did not work; no cover over electrical unit in bathroom; phone did not work; ladders and stepping down handle are loose; hair dryer did not work
room smelled, pool area had couches that people apparently spent night in as they were still there, room was clean but areas in need of desperate repair, no breakfast
beds were firm front desk personnel were friendly
Rooms inside by pool are way too humid and you can smeel the humity as well. Sign at pool said kids over 12 did not require an adult yet my kids were yelled at by the night manager and they are over 12yrs of age. When parents took their young children to the pool there was a lot of screaming from kids and even young adults were running up and down the hall. There was a lot of Oil Rigg workers that would be outside getting drunk and also using washer and dryer therefore not giving anyone else the chance to wash clothes. I also had the "Do Not Distrub" sign on the door and Housekeeping opens the door and asks when I was checking out, I had paid for several nights. It just felt like the Oil Rigg workers were allowed to get away with a lot and everyone else was watched with a strict eye, especially by Housekeeping. I didn't feel like they were discreet and I felt no Privacy.
I liked that it was affordable and that is Pet Friendly. I saw several people with there pets. Pets sometimes are more like family and it is very nice to know I can bring my pets next time.
no remote for tv
nice beds & room
The cleanliness, lighting, smell, furniture dumped in atrium, mismatched furniture, stains in bathroom, and no pillows provided were just to name a few of our dislikes. We won't ever return.
It was obviously a hotel in financial distress. Had to ask multiple times just to get towels, both in the rooms and at the pool. Looked like it once had a lovely breakfast area and bar, but both appeared to have been closed down a long time ago. Too bad.
Great pool, but needs some sprucing up. The front desk associates were very friendly and kind.
Our first room was at the dark end of a hallway with old couches and other pieces of old furniture. We were overpowered by a musty smell when we opened the door, and the lights didn't work. They moved us into another room which also smelled bad. The towels were thin and ratty, the wallpaper ripped, and there was mold in the corner. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but my husband was up at 7am trying to find us another hotel.
The staff was friendly.
indoor pool with warm water
dirty stained carpets throughout the building. Cheap linen. Not enough towels. We asked for additional towels twice and never received them. One of the towels was previously used by someone else. Two little pieces of soap. When we checked out we were not asked for feedback. No coffee available. Tv was fuzzy. Cheap and nasty.
parent weekend at CSU - there was nothing else available
I heard a few different pet dogs that were there during the night so those were sounds I wasn't really ready for, but if they were a pet friendly place I was unaware.
Good location right off the interstate. Also, very close to the places I was going to so less drive time is always a plus.
They gave us room keys to another person room and pretended it never happened as they ignored that rooms call for a complaint the next room the card key didn't work we could just open the door and it spelled like someone smoked in that room for 30 years
Nothing it was all awful
