Plaza Hotel Fort Collins  

No towels when we arrived, cleaned 1 day out of 4. No clean sheets put on bed.poor service.

cheap and close by getting a pretty good amount of things for the price It was a very quiet hotel loved that there wasn't so much noise

the beds were somewhat hard not soft enough and the pool and spa were not up and running when they said it was going to shower could of been a little cleaner No breakfast

#1- You advertise indoor pool & hot tub, we were told when we got there they have not worked in a while not told this when booking. #2- Room had no heat had to be moved. #3- Could not get coffee until 6:30am. You need pots in rooms if that is the best your staff can do. #4 You have pool tables and such in rec area we were told we could not use them and the lights were shut off. #5- You advertise a bar and resturaunt never open the entire time we were there. #6- When I complained about all this the lady took a whole $3 off my bill and said she would get in big trouble if she did anything more.

Easy access, quick access to denver for the money, Close to school to vist kids.

The bathroom was dirty ( feces on the toilet). Not enough towels or toiletries.

Location was good. The hotel has huge potental not being utilized. The staff was accomodating for me to use a area closed for interviewing I had come to town for but it was so uncomfortable I was embarrased to have my company represented there. The rate of $45 a might was very reasonable.

It was freezing in the common areas and all the ammenities were closed except the fitness center. I chose the hotel for the ability to swim. The heater worked off and on and the phone quit working the moring of my second day. I could not gethe water to come on in the shower, I didn't pull it hard enought I guess...thought I was going to break it. Pool area and on site resturant was not open...again the reason I choose the location. While conducting an interview there was a very verbally abusive drunk guest calling the desk clerk horrible names and actually made me and the four gentlemen I was interviewing uncomfortable. The police had to come remove him from the property. Again, not as professional an environment I was hoping for and thought I was going to be in when I booked

The pillows made the bed very confortable.

We were looking forward to going swimming and using the hot tub, but the pool was down for maintenance the entire three day stay. The fridge in the room was not working. The was a hole in the wall..the bath tub. Looked gross due to the repairs that were made and the back of the tub was cracked...

The hotel appeared like a ghost town. Very dark and cold. It almost seemed as if the hotel was selling off assets; pictures missing from the rooms, bar and restaurant appeared abandoned. Almost a surreal experience; won't be going back there

The mold in the bathroom, the tv decided to fry, broken wood on sink, blood stained sheets, when we went to check out they told us we were charged for no show even though we checked in around 8 pm and got our keys to the room. They were rude about it. We will not be going back to this hotel and will not be recommending it.

Nothing liked, the advertisements and photos were very misleading, this is a flop house for transients and drug users

Filthy room, carpet torn up, door unsecure, inadequate heat, wallpaper peeling, bathroom filthy.

The price was right. It seems to in renovation mode, but all I needed was a bed! It was just fine.

Broken glass in picture frames and some funky yellow stuff dried on the walls kind of creeped me out, but I just needed a hot bath and a bed so I could catch a plane from DIA the next morning.

Unfortunately, the room was terrible. The carpet was ripped up, big pieces of wood were pulled off the furniture, There was a big chunk of wallpaper missing, and there was mold on the shower curtain. The front door handle was hanging sideways The furniture had stains on it and the room smelled like there had been a smoking convention inside. It was a non-smoking room. We ended up not staying the night and left the hotel after inspecting our room.

I like being misled about the quality of a hotel.

I will never use your booking service again! How dare you describe this smoke-filled hell hole as an accommodation. 1. The mechanical system has failed and uniformly distributes cigarette smoke throughout the structure. 2. How do you spell Non-Smoking? 3. Every pore and detail of this structure is tainted with cigarette smoke, and the staff apologizes? "Sorry, it's an old building." Booking.com is now on my spam filter.

The place was disgusting. It appears to be a place where homeless families and people involved with the drug culture stay due to the 44.00 rate advertised on the sign in front. No soundproofing, awful smells. Take it off your list.

We like to stay here to give the kids the opportunity to have some indoor fun at the pool. Especially during winter months. The last two times we have stayed here because we are making it a weekend visit with our daughter at CSU. We have stayed here becuase of the pool and the price of the rooms!

Woke up on Saturday morning and went to the lobby to get a quick cup of coffee while the kids were still sleeping. Disapointed that there was none. I was told by the gal at the front desk that I got an excellent room rate and that the prices were going up to 80.00 per night. IfThe next time we are coming for a visit I will check to see if this is the case we probably wont stay there. It would be different to pay $80.00 a night if there were a restuarant on the premises.

The bed was comfortable

The cleanliness, the pool and hot tub, the nobs on the sinks were broken, the electrical outlets were unsafe and some worked and some did not. The chemicals in the hot tub turned my silver jewelry black. It was all filthy. In a non smoking room (wing), sheets had cigarette holes and the halls reeked of smoke. Every day we had to reprogram our room keys, we could not get back in our rooms, very unconvenient.

When we were at first given the last room on the bottom floor before the "boiler room" and the door was unlocked, the lock did not work as were there dents/gouges in the walls. I called the front desk. We were then offered a pool side room, which was much improved. Staff was friendly but not very professional as an attendent carried her daughter wearing only a diaper out to check us in.

The air conditioner leaked water as the carpet was all wet. Supposedly we were in a non smoking room but the smell was so bad it really bothered my daughters allergies.

We were booked into a room in which the plaster was peeling in the bathroom, and mold was visible. After complaining we got a new room. this one was acceptable, but there was a palpable smell of urine. We will not stay there again.
