Some staff were rude, felt unsafe, balcony door didn't close and lock

That I was right across from the beach.

The hotel is very old, the 1st room was nasty and horrible, just awful. The 2nd room was a little better. The breakfast was a bagel or a mini muffin. It was so not worth the money I paid and I was not satisfied or happy.

HELL HOLE! scummiest hotel ever! Old dried blood stains on the sheets, towels were paper thin with stains, shower handle fell off, toilet running all night, patio door did not close all the way, felt really safe...

The location, and the employee's attempts to make me comfortable.

The confusion with getting the correct room type (queen bed. Non- smoker). They may have been over booked(?). The double bed room (smoker's) was not to my satisfaction. Had to purchase cleaning supplies to re-clean the room.

Slow in processing check in. bed was not made. carpet dirty, hole in the curtain, just plain dirty. would not stay there again. I heard the next door neighbor.

Door was open, bed lookedliked it had been slept in. Balcony door was also open. Outside light not working. Pool under construction, although there was no construction to be seen. I suspect no one was cleaning or treating the pool, so it was easier tosay it was under construction. Continental breakfast was a joke, a few doughnuts, and bad coffee.

Nothing about this resort did I Like.

No organization, No towels (They stated no one washing them today), would not give us two room keys(said we may lose one so they can only give one), said breakfast included (Bagels and orange juice only), Raised rates on us last minute because everyone was booked everywhere else ($29.00 more per day), we left and slept in our van the last day because the air-condition did not work and the place was not cleaned and we had no towels. The bathroom door looked like someone pissed on it, they had no chairs for balcony, pool was not heated as stated. Had ice but could not find the key to open it so we were left with no ice. Charged me an additional $54.00 to credit card I am fighting now. Fridge was not working and they said but it is new and never got us another one so we had no fridge. Worse place I have ever stayed, please think twice about this place it is not a Palace. They over booked and turned people away that booked a week prior and had no place to go. I heard a lot of cussing during our stay from unhappy people.

The pool bar was pretty good and the bartender very friendly.

1). The check in took forever since they had lost my reservation. 2) The room was filthy & poorly maintaned....the bathromm was so dirty and old that I was afraid to take a shower ! 3) When I walked on the room's carpet, my feet were black with dirt since I don't think it had been cleaned in several years.

The staff was extremely rude! The maids don't do a good job on cleaning we found underwear's from a previous customer next to one of the beds. The bed sheets had stains all over. Never again!!!

Le personnel completement incompetent ! on hallucinait tellement ils se melangeaient les pinceaux ... moquette puante on aurait dit qu a certains endroits elle etait impregnee de pipi de chats...

Que cancelé al segundo día y me cobraron un día más por cancelación anticipada. La salida fue antes de las 11 y me cobraron otro día. Me pareció un robo. Quisiera reembolso de ese día. Gracias

Estado general de las instalaciones, malo. Dotación de habitaciones ordinaria.

Não gostei de nada.

Atendimento péssimo. Perdi 1h30m fazendo o check-in, vez que atendente sequer sabia operar o sistema. Além disso, fiz o check-in as 15h e so consegui um quarto as 23h, vez que a chave do quarto que me dera estava com problemas. O quarto era sujo, tinha baratas. O café-da-manhã não tinha opções.

Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Jammer dat ze vermelden dat ze een shuttle service hebben vanaf de luchthaven, maar niet vermelden dat je dat nog moet betalen, $20,00 enkele reis.

Slecht en onvriendelijk personeel. Ze begonnen zelfs te ruziën met elkaar waar we bij stonden! Kamer was niet gereed zelfs niet na 12.00 uur in de nacht! Organisatie niet op orde en slecht ontbijt!

Tamanho do quarto (amplo)9, localização, proximidade de supermercado, alguns restaurantes e fast foods, facilidades no quarto: microondas, frigobar, secador de cabelos, ferro de passar, ar condicionado frio/quente.

Hotel em manutenção, com pintura em andamento, café da manha fraco, nem merecia constar como parte da diária e antes da hora de termino já não tinha mais bagels. Elevador com forte cheiro de mofo.

Locatie is redelijk (dicht bij het strand)

Smerig, nors personeel, zeer luidrichtige straat en bar onder de kamers. Kamer slecht af te sluiten. Het hotel doet onguur over komen (en de foto op het internet niet) het was geen prettig verblijf!
