The location was good and the room is big . We had a great time. The staff were very nice.
Sometimes I had to park my car in the other parking lot.
Overall excellent place to spend a vacation !
Bathroom lighting too dark , wi fi not so good other than that staff, service , management awesome customer service !
Todo en general
There was an Italian restaurant that we ate at on our way back to the hotel from our walk on the beach, Lucca, highly recommend it was excellent!
My daughter and I checked in to this property on our last evening of our vacation. It has a very small parking lot and it was difficult to find a spot to park just so we could check-in. We asked about parking and we were told that there is parking further down on the property. We went there only to find out it was another hotel. We went back to the office and we were than told they also own this hotel so it is was fine to park there, would have been nice to know. We wanted to go to the beach it is not a 5 min. walk, more so 15 min. walking down a busy street. The walls are very thin, you can hear every conversation, TV, etc. Do not get the ocean view room, there is no view. The balcony's face the busy street so if you enjoy watching cars drive by and smelling exhaust fumes this might be the place for you.
We liked it's location to the northern part of the beach area, plus it is close to a supermarket, donut shop, etc.; the pool was small but nice.
All of the water had this yellow tinge to it. The staff were cheerful but only moderately helpful. When asked about where to rent a mask/fins set, they shrugged, but in fact one SCUBA shop was just 3 blocks away. Glad I noticed it...Also had mosquitoes or fleas, made for an uncomfortable last couple of days.
Food, drinks.. pool could be cleaner and painted ..
I thought the web site was misleading as to the beach location. It appeared as if though the beach was directly accross the street. The receptionist seemed a bit upset when I asked for an extra key. One would think 2 keys for 2 people would be normal.
The room was recently renewed, everything was very clean, the staff were very attentive and effective. It really fulfilled our expectations.
Not too much of issue, but the parking spots sometimes were rare near to the hotel.
Wifi was strong & free. Rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff came in daily & did a great job.
Parking spaces were hard to get into & the overflow parking was too far. Hooka pipes in bar & restaurant were a deterrent since we didn't want to be in there if someone was smoking. We didn't know there was no beach access nearby, had to drive.
Very friendly atmosphere. Nice rooms and pool hours are great.
Thought we were closer to the beach from what there web site states..
it's 6 blocks from the beach
everything! it's overpriced and totally misrepresented online
Friendly staff. Close too the Beach.
Breakfast, very poor selection. We had room right by the elevator, too much noise in the hallway, no soundproof doors. Very small room. Rooms not properly clean.
Very comfortable bed. Room clean & spacious. Four lane highway right in front of hotel so can get very noisy. Windows only single glass. Beach is a short walk away & well worth leaving the car behind.
Breakfast & bar food average. Plenty of other better places close by to eat. Was the only person having breakfast one morning & the only interaction from the staff was to take order & give me the check. Even ran out of pancakes!!!! Coffee in room yuck. Good job there's a Starbucks right across the road.
Very clean and contemporary rooms with all modern facilities. Close to beach and several restaurants. Great base for visiting Miami and Fort Lauderdale and would recommend for a short stay.
Coffee pot not cleaned and used coffee bag left in coffee machine.
Convient to stores and beaches. Quiet and friendly
Room is a little small for four adults.
I didn't like the fact that the comfort sheets had black staineds
Great Value for money
Food service took 1 hour with a young baby this was an issue
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. There isn't an ocean view but there is a balcony that overlooks the pool and street. The room reminded us of "Mad Men"!!
It's a bit cumbersome to get to the front desk with luggage. The restaurant is separate from the hotel so meals can't be charged to the room. The waitress was very pleasant and our breakfast was great
Nice modern and tidy hotel, great value for money.
Pretty hard to get to the beach as it is surrounded by high rise hotels/condos with private beach access.
Noisy street all night
Very clean place, but don't spend the extra money for the room with the view…..not worth it.
The rooms were clean and very nice.
The staff were very unfriendly and told us one lie after another. the hotel was not located on the beach it was about four blocks away. There were no vending machines as we were told and the laundry service we were told they had for our convieience was a block and a half away down the street. We secured our rooms with a credit card but since we were traveling in a group we wanted to pay cash so the rooms could be paid for equally among our group. When we checked in we were told they needed the credit card for identification only and no charges would be applied to it. We wanted to pay cash upon arriving but was told we could not do that until check out. And once again were told nothing would come out of one of our members credit card. The next morning upon trying to check out of our rooms we found out that upon arriving our fellow companion's credit card had been charged and they were very sorry for what the other desk clerk had told us and if we had wanted to pay cash we should have done so the night before. We were very unhappy with the staff and management. We will not stay at this hotel again. Like we said poor management and the photos online are photo shopped. Beverly Jackson Forrest City, Arkansas
air conditioner too noisy
Rooms were very nice and clean Room service was excellent small menu but very big portions excellent food quality and very friendly service.
Didn't like it wasn't ocean front and the front desk was extremely rude upon arrival so rude I almost walked away especially when I tried to reach some one at Booking.com and couldn't I don't like surprises and an undisclosed deposit almost lost me as a customer
staff was pretty friendly and quick about service
The view and the back door to the kitchen constantly open
