The room was ill equipt (no hair dryer, trash cans), bathroom was grimy, staff was dense, wake up call that I ordered never came. Would not go back to this location.

The comfort of the hotel, the marina and the view are excellent. There is no breakfast room, just a bar at the lobby, this could be improved. The swimming pool was out of order during most of our stay and we got as compensation a free breakfast which we found too little.

Plenty of services required on a business triplike in-house restuarant, laundry, beautiful waterway setting The bathroom was not maintained adequately for 2 days. I made a complaint to hotel management and the issues were fixed with speed and with extra detail. I was very satisfied with the result.

We wanted easy access to ocean activities, bar and restaurant choices and view the cruise ship activities. I requested upper level room with waterview but when I checked in I was assigned to 3rd floor street side? When I complained they tried to offer 5th or 6th floor? I requested customer satisifaction and then accomplished 14th floor. I was not happy with being charged for both "Room" and "Bed" taxes as well as daily "parking" fees. At 229 dollars per night these additional items were "over-charges".

The quality of the room and the comfort of the bed. The staff was extremely inefficient. At 5:30pm, my room was not ready to check in. The lobby was full of people (50-60 in number) waiting for their room to get ready. The check-in queues were extremely long. How can this be possible? I asked for a discount and, of course, they would not give it to me.This is unacceptable when you spend so much money. Eventually, I got a view with no view rather than great view as booked, in order not to wait for another 40 minutes.

Nice Decor, close to shops, and handy for beauticians (last minute pedicure and waxing for cruise holiday), nice for stroll around Marina and close to restaurants and bars , all walking distance. Hotel staff friendly and helpful

The location of the hotel,excelent, the view towards the canals the river and the Marine was huge. The room very comfortable with a balcony. There is a free shuttle to the beach every an hour. We enjoyed the chiness resturant and the pool.

Good beds, fast reservation. WiFi and Parking not included. Even though La Marina is very nice the hotel is located a little far (not walking distance) from the beach or the Las Olas Blv.

The view is very nice. The pool area for a happy hour is also nice to relax. There is a starbucks very close to the hotel and it is easy to drive around. Good location. It was too crowded all the time. You have to pay an additional US$ 21,00 per day for self parking. The employees are not very friendly at the front desk. Also, you have to pay for everything, including the internet (which was 0,58 cents a minute - very expensive).
