I did like everything in general.

Really nice hotel, people work there were amazing, clean, nice lacation, comfortable , really nice.

Valet parking price is really expensive, 25 dollars per night is to muchh

Enjoyed the location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable .

I did not like paying the high price for parking. No continental breakfast. Charging for WiFi is a bit petty. In other words I do not like being nickle and dimed for items that the Hilton gives for free in other parts of the county.

Location was excellent. We were greeted by friendly staff upon our arrival. Check in/out was a breeze. One of the bellmen (Rossel) was outstanding, as was Maria at check in. Being able to sit and relax on the balcony overlooking the cruise ships and the ocean was so nice.

Housekeeping/guest services. There was a food/wine gift in our room at check in that was not meant for us. I called downstair and informed ?, who said they would retrieve it. No one did. we put the cheese/fruit plate outside after a day. the bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water were still in our room (unopened) when we checked out. I feel sorry for the person they were intended for. Hopefully the gift was replicated and he did indeed receive it.

Hilton charge me a 7$ a day fee for bed I was also charged and taxed for parking CRAZY.

Property is nice/well kept/good location. But, that is how they are supposed to be.

Total disaster! First, told me my room wasnt reserved by booking.com twice--made me walk over a mile back and forth from guest parking while i called booking.com device who confirmed it was booked! Hilton manager, Carlos, finally got me in a room after waiting an hour. Room was on other side of property and room key didnt work twice! So, had to walk back and forth to lobby until they had security open the door with their room key! Worst hotel experience of my life!

This was not what I expected from a Hilton. The lobby was for 3 star hotel or 2 star

Proximity to port Everglades.

Prices in the bar are too high. I sent an email prior to my stay and never got a reply.

Not enough chairs to sit on around the pool - double the amount is needed.

The front desk staff was truly amazing and most accommodating

4:00 check in the carpet in the room was truly disgusting and in great need of replacement

Staff, location and good beds. View of large ships from the sliders.

Room: unclean old carpet and walls had a few holes. One glass. One wash cloth. Basically inconsistent supplies.

Combination location to airport, cruiseport and beach

Pricey ... an example ... 2 morning coffees was $10

Front staff quite good as were the bell staff. Bar staff a G-Grill were good

Room was nosiy and on the wrong side of the building. Furniture and room layout were a serious hazard it was all too easy to stub your toe on their bed feet.

It's very nice hotel which we used instead of live in Maimi city. Nice personally with smile to you.

Good location, great service.

Bed was comfortable. The tiki bar area was very nice, and the marina itself was a nice area to walk around. We got in late, so the dining room was closed. We were able to get some nachos, etc at the bar. A rum and coke was $15.00! Mind you there was a fair bit of rum in it!

Staff not friendly. Reserved a room in the tower and paid the price for it, but got a regular room on the second floor outside of the tower. I did not complain at the time since my husband felt it wouldn't do any good, and would only spoil our vacation. Also the front desk staff booked another party into our room and we were startled to hear someone try to get into our room after we had gone to bed. They did apologize though. The room itself was clean, however the carpets in the common areas were very soiled.

The food was very good. Buffet in the morning was one of the best I had and what about the duck for dinner. Good ambiance and service

Being charged for car parking $10 per day to use wifi and $25 per hour to stay in room after check out. Sucking every last penny out of you, would choose somewhere else in future

It is an old hotel, not to "HILTON" standards.

When checking in we were given a room on the road side and felt it was not quite enough for us. When I advised the front counter staff they were quick to give us a room over looking the pool and also on the 10th floor. When I requested a late check out of 1pm they did not charge me extra. All the staff were excellent and my wife and I enjoyed the pool, the gardens and the eating area out by the pool. I would recommend this hotel to our friends as I felt it was good value for the value and close to the port as we were going on a Panama Canal cruise later in the day.
