The room smelled like an old shoe and the beds were small. We checked out 2 days earlier than planned.
Nice people at the reception

Sheets were absolutely not clean or changed and were obviously reused and very wrinkled. Disgusting!
Sounds silly but I hate my morning coffee in little styrofoam cups and little plastic silverware.
Pool size, friendliness and great location. Free wifi was great! Breakfast was convenient.
Staff double booked our room due to miscommunication between staff and we were woke up at 11 PM by other guests trying to get into our room. Staff handled the situation poorly.
Shower smelled moldy and water temp went from hot to cold
Breakfast was the same day after day waffle batter was too thin so they did not bake right would like to have fresh fruit instead of fruit cocktail coffee was like instant not brewed
Loved the pool
Was very close to every place we visited especially the beach! That was most important, it being spring break we didn't make it to the hotel till late but it was so clean & so nice remodeled, was worth what we paid!
High price for low end Breakfast line lay out very poor people ran into each other and lines backed up Was in arush and could not wait
Staff was great. Polite and helpful. Good location between Sanibel and Ft. Meyers.
See scoring above.
Run down bathrooms toilet didn't work husband fixed it, sink drain had to be replaced. Forgot to clean room twice on 6 day stay!!0
Pool and location
Bathroom had long hairs on floor, room had musty smell, carpet stained
Pool, breakfast, bed good
The breakfast area was too small and the employees were always trying to stock with their carts at the same time everyone was coming down for breakfast.
The location is great to drive to sandibel island or you can walk down to the beach, it's a hike but you can do it!!
I wanted to sign up for the points for my staff and upon checkout the staff was very busy and did not give me an opportunity to sign up for the points :( I asked to have a room closer to the pool and was told it was "sold out", when I looked around there were several rooms empty :(
The rooms and the Wifi were awesome.
No bar or restaurant.
The clock by bed was from the 70's;the sliding door to bathroom was almost impossible to close; the closet door was unpainted and had a hole in it; only 1 luggage cart in whole place!; water pressure sucked!;door to room was dirty or could have used new paint;room was small
Location to all the things we wanted to do...pool was nice!
Area for breakfast entirely too small, fighting people each morning for room and layout. Hours closing at 9am too soon. Also asked two staff personnel a question, responded that they did not speak english.
Overpriced, and no reason to hike the rate half way though our stay. No explanation was offered other than 'high season' . . . In other words - ripped off. The property is in bad need of renovation and upgrading, and overall gives a sad, tired impression of something from the 80s. The room was bare minimal, and the carper stank of wet dog hair. The bedding should be pitched out, and replaced entirely. Pillows were dreadful, and the bathtub appeared to have been patched to cover a hole in it. Would we stay there again - never!
Laundry list of items needed fixed upon arrival and staff was responsive. But obviously there's not much quality control in place. Disappointed there is no cafe in an area obviously built for that, even opening up the bar area off the pool would only improve the stay
Staff was great
Elevator was broken and the "breakfast" was yogurt and a waffle option and cereal. Skip it.
The hotel clerk although friendly was sick and coughing. The lobby had an odor. The lobby restroom was littered and there was grime in corners and crevices. The lobby and bedroom furniture although modern are in need of updating.
Very nice pool and court yard. Spacious room.
No one at check in desk, waited for 15 minutes to check in. Breakfast food was horrible, nothing fresh, coffee terrible We had breakfast elsewhere after one try. Tread bare room carpets
Old motel style with balcony access but OK Great pool if you happen to use it. You are probably staying here because it is close to the beach and Sanibel Island
Expensive for what it is.
Nice pool, good breakfast
Understaffed at night. Cable went out and front desk had to respond leaving guests unattended Felt sorry for everyone. Hotel was too full for only one person, she did a good job but this is bad for hotel.
Very nice staff. Room very clean
