Close to an airport (our plane arrived at 23:30). Quietly. Big rooms. Polite and friendly lobby staff.

The price, location and facilities are fine.

The airport shuttle stops at 11 p.m.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.

The shower heads have to go. Water spray was very bad.

No "Do Not Disturb " door hangers. Housekeeping woke us up at 9:30 to see if we had checked out yet.

Great value, clean and comfortable and front desk staff were very nice.

At breakfast a gentleman came down flashing his firearm on a holster. It was unsettling to one lady eating her breakfast in particular!! Is that legal in Fl?

Not far from airport. Not noisy. Big room. Specially thanks to Freddy (lobby staff): very friendly man and extremely careful when guest have got a problem.

No vegetables on breakfast. But this is usual in USA.

Clean room. Arranged cab to airport.

Prefer coffee/tea maker in room.

It was under intense renovation.

I talked to the front desk people and her manager about the louder noise which lasted for about 2 hours, and they did not care about it by saying we can stop the workers doing their work and walked away....

Close to the airport

The pillows were almost non existent. The bed was lousy. The TV reception was horrible. The hot tub was broken. The room we booked wasn't available, had to separate our party on two different floors. No coffee maker in the rooms.

Close to airport and restuarants. Near shopping.

Water was hot a sink, but cool in the shower.

I mile that it was close to the airport and it was clean.

Hotel staff was not accommodating. Customer is always right but not at the Airport Hotel. I also did not like that there was not a coffee pot in the room either. Staff seemed to have a little bit of an attitude when requesting a cab early in the morning.

Excellent hotel for our purposes. To recover from 2 long flights . The room was large ,beds very comfortable , bathroom just fine. the free breakfast was also of good quality . I would stay there again if we needed too. I recommended it to friends in the Fort Myers area.

Arriving a day early for a family week vacation on Captiva Island, I chose the Fort Myers Airport Hotel because it offered an airport shuttle and was very inexpensive ($49 for a king room, when nearby hotels were $89 and up). Reason for the low price: It is being renovated, but I saw no evidence of anything negative. My room was just fine, while including no amenities (like a coffee maker), but breakfast was included. Special kudos to the shuttle driver, who pointed out nearby restaurants on our trip from the airport, suggesting several "favorites," then offering to drive me to the one I chose. He did so, even going in to ensure I could get a table and he picked me up when I called after a wonderful dinner @ Two Meatballs in the Kitchen. The day Front Desk woman was also very wonderful and helpful.

I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, as I got up too late (after 9) for the free breakfast.

Very pretty building & entry.

Needs to be kept up better - the tub faucet was about to fall off. Another guest brought a handle (bathroom?) to the desk clerk while we were there. The pool & spa were closed for no apparent reason.

It was cheerful, very clean and very reliable. We received our wake up call on time and our cab was waiting for us 10 minutes early. Great service.

Freindly accomidating staff. They were great.

They are in a renovation mode and a few things didn't work for us but they are being fixed.

Location to airport

No wireless internet in the rooms and no coffee makers

Great friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Location to all the places I had to visit .
