The staff was willing to accomodate my needs. View was great and very close to shopping/dining/entertainment area

All the rooms dont have the same decor. The condo/hotel owners have different tastes.

The staff at the bar was nice. The valet staff was trying their best to be helpful. The employees were trying the best they could with the limited resources they had available.

Dirty room. The sheets were not changed and had hair and dirt on them. The bathtub with filthy. The room smelled terrible. The silverware was dirty. The front desk staff spent a very long time arguing with a customer while a long line waited. She should have taken him to the side. The building looked run down and dirty. The valet attendants were overworked and understaffed. It was not a good experience. I felt bad that I booked my family at such a nasty place. I will never stay there again.

The size if the room was great, great location, despite all the negative views this hotel got, our stay was wonderful , even got an upgraded room!

The shower was not the best , backed up water and weird water pressure, but it got the job done

I love the staff and past rooms I have been in.

I was very upset about my apartment, it was putdated and felt very desserted. My back actually began to hurt from sleeping in the bed. I have never been this upset on any hotel stay.

Location in financial district - also near metromover so good for public transport. Good facilities including kitchen and washing machine.

Noise from neighbours - although partly due to UItra music festival.

We went during ultra weekend so the hotel was a bit crazy but they were still able to accomodate everything without too much of a hassle. The hotel was very nice for the value and pretty clean. The pool was also nice. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if you are staying in the city. It is about 20-30 min drive to South Beach.

They only give you two key's and did not have keycards and with a 5 person room it was a bit of an annoyance because everyone wanted to do different things but it worked out in the end.

Location

Awful- very expensive. Our room had not been cleaned before we arrived, there were screws lying around on the floor, loose plug sockets, filthy bathrooms, no duvet covers present, some of the room facilities were not present. Kitchen doors loose, mould in ice trays.

We were given an upgrade to the VIP room Gorgeous apartment, fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedroom. A walk in closet to top it off! Very Nice!

If i would to return it was for the room and not the service, it was terrible. Staff at reception DID NOT acknowledge guest, even when standing in front of them. Only when i asked then was i assisted.

TV in my room didn't worked.

The location was great, right in the financial district. The restaurant there was great and reasonably-priced. The staff let us use the pool facilities before our check-in time. Our room, or apartment, actually, was great. Spacious, clean, full kitchen, big bathroom, lots of mirrors, big closet. Little bit of a bleach smell in the room, but the view was really nice too.

Our room wasn't ready at 1:00pm, which is check-in time. We had to wait over an hour to be able to get into our room. Also there weren't enough people working the front desk in the morning around check-out time. The line got long. The TV in the bedroom was broken. We reported the problem to the front desk and they got it to turn on, but the remote still didn't work. Still, a great place to stay.

Waiting for the room to be available was not good. Room was not ready by 4pm No room to sit and wait. Roaches found in the bathroom and bedroom Balcony door was locked. No windows can be open for circulation of air I didn't like those sofas..yuck!...you know they weren't clean every time people rent that room

Location, the restaurant downstairs, that staff was the coolest, security, I liked that it is a condo, the valet staff rocked.

I didn't like how difficult it was to get a taxi my last day, my condo (2212) is not what I expected, the decor was old and not the kind of luxury I expected, I had to call 3 times to get towels delivered to my room.

Ease to get to Bayside Marketplace by trolley. Very nice breakfast included. Fabulous view of Biscayne Bay.

The receptionist, Amihra at the front desk was exceptional, she made the trip worth while. She answered all questions in a friendly and professional manner.

The room could have been cleaner.

Large room with alot of potential

Should be called Unfortunate House. Very uncomfortable bed, you could feel the springs, it was like sleeping on a the box spring. The room was cold & the heat did not work. It is a wanna be condo. There were a few dishes in the cubboards but no towels, dishclothes or soap to wash them. The pool area was closed for some reason. There was not 1 picture on the walls, the place was cold & uninviting. It was a big disappointment!!

Everything was great! Great value, much better then one room with two beds. Great for families!
