I like the comfortable bed.
I didn't like the bathroom. It was all wet because of the open shower. The curtains didn't help at all.
Booking.com guaranteed a rollway for a fifth person. Hotel itself not allowed to provide rollaway in room provided. I slept on floor. Hotel policy should have been part of booking.com features.

Some items are missing from the room after cleaning
When i arrived they didnt have my reservation. Once that was straightened our, we were given a room which was not comparable to the one i book. Then @ 1am my husband and i was awakened by someone trying to enter our room, because the person who checked us in didnt do it properly and tgeir computer showed that the room was vacant, got that straightened out and then again at 8am someone else trying to get into the room. Finally we checked out earlier than planned and ended our horrible stay at the four points sheraton san francisco.
The room was nice
bed is super comfortable.

- clean and tidy - easy access location - close to airport - many parking slots - close to gas station - mini foodmart downstairs
- no breakfast buffet - outside walkway between rooms, not green and not much decoration - No microwave and kitchen stuffs (i.e. plates, spoon, knife, folk in room)
They have a shuttle to the airport & you're close to the airport (10-15 minutes?). Lobby is nice.
We got there quite late, & they were overbooked, so they sent us across the street to the Holiday Inn. We had to walk across a 6 lane boulevard at 11:30 at night with our (fortunately manageable) luggage. We had booked online & called afterwards to ensure that our booking had gone through. I guess I should be thankful that they got us a room, but at 11:30, I just wanted to get in bed...

I liked the comfortable bed.
I didn't like that we were charged $10.95 for parking. I didn't like that we were given a handicap room despite the fact that neither one of us was handicapped & the front desk clerk never told us he was giving us the handicapped room when we checked-in. I didn't like that there was a dirty towel (stained with orange marks) placed as a clean towel on the towel rack.
Relatively easy to get to from the city and close to SFO. Realistic budget friendly rate.
No breakfast, parking not free
The only thing is that I got to do check in early. There was one Asian dude he changed my room rely quickly bcoz my Aircon on one room was not working
The rooms were dusty I fell sick staying in that room for only 3 days.. There was no after hours food service.. Firstly I got room in which the Aircon didn't work.
