I liked that the staff was very helpful. If they did not know an answer they found out the answer. breakfasts very good, lounge area very nice for the end of the day. Rooms could have more light especially bathroom.

Friendly staff. Didn't know I had to call to receive airport transport. The room had only light curtains w/ no room darkening, so my room was bright all night.

Hot free breakfast was very good. Staff very nice. I was collected from the airport for free on the shuttle by a great driver who chatted with me to the hotel. Shuttle service back to airport after my stay was quick. Also shuttle service provided to the nearest metro station was very useful. Rooms large and clean. Good WiFi. All very good probably one of my best USA hotel stays :-)

The receptionists and the bar staff were very friendly. - The bath tub clogged up during the first shower. I figured it would drain slowly. When I went to shower again in the morning, it was still clogged. Very gross!! I thought the Valet upon checkout were fairly unprofessional. I booked online with booking.com and received a rate of $160 for one evening. When it came time to check out, the rate that was billed to me was $239.40. I have a printed copy of the receipt which I now have to fax over to have the over billing removed from my card. If they had my reservation, then why would the price I booked for not captured?

this was our second stay here and we were in a different wing. The room was much brighter and more modern and spacious. Staff again both at the desk and with the Airport shuttle were very helpful. Close to a shopping mall aand not too far from Boston airport.

Shuttle service to airport and to the MTA is a major advantage. The stasff is courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean, It is a great value. The only minor problem is that the TV in the room is antiquaited and does not get most channels; one had to go down to the bar for that.

Staff were friendly and the airport shuttle staff very good. Has a bar and meals are available within the Hotel. It is a fair distance from Boston Airport [10 to 15 minutes off peak] but the staff do look after you. A small shopping centre is within walking distance. a very good breakfast was included. The Hotel is tired - well the part that we stayed in was - and our room was not well lit.

The staff was very friendly and our rooms were clean. Housekeeping did a very good job. We did not like the fact that you don't use fitted sheets on your beds. It made for a less then restfull nights sleep. I woke up one morning and found myself in direct contact with the mattress. We asked multiple staff members for fitted sheets but was told the hotel does not have any. I would reconsider this if I were in charge.

Our stay was to be close to the airport for a very early flight the next day. They had a shuttle to get us from where we dropped off the rental car at the airport to the hotel and then back for our flight in the early morning. The shuttle service runs almost 24 hours. I think starting at 3am so it was very convenient and suitable for what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. It is pretty old and not updated. The room was clean but the carpets were old and had a run down feel to them. The building is adjacent to the freeway so there was some noise although I was too tired to let it bother me for long. The windows were really dirty from the heavy car traffic around there which made it a bit depressing.

i liked my stay but i was placed on the 1st floor that only had a few rooms on the floor. on that floor had no ice machines and had to use the staires on a few times. also got sick at steakhouse resturant

I was told the booking through you didnt save a room and that there was not a room booked for us. Even when I had the the printed email confirming my room. So it didnt save the price or a room. Which I then had to pay more for to stay because my flight left the next morning at 8am. So really it kind of sucked.

Not to the standards of a Starwood property. Appeared to have not been renovated for decades. Poor oder. Very poor gym. Breakfast was served on a styrafoam plate. Staff was very nice but a subpar/unacceptable property!
