We were able to get another (better) room when the first one did not suit us. The staff was a bit unprofessional in manner & not very welcoming, though we did get another room when we requested it. (We were initially given a basement room with no elevator access despite our very heavy bags--and it had no Internet access, plus it was very noisy. The new room was much better.) |

We had a terrible inconvenient with the hotel,They said that we weren't booked although we have the confirmation with booking.com arguing that they never received the notification,the person at the front desk was inexperienced to handle the situation but at last,forcefully,gave us the room and the transportation they offer, was terrible. The Manager was fine. |

The room was confortable and neat. It is a big hotel with free acces to internet. Unfortunately the breakfast is not included in the price! The hotel was at least 10min from the airport and to wonderland (the nearest metro station). We didn't find any hotel, with a reasonable rate, in the city center so we stayed here for three nights. To get to the city it takes at least 1h (if you go to wonderland). If you go to the airport it can take 1h30 to 2h, because the shuttle is only came when you call. |

It was quiet and met my needs. I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up (after I had waited to retrieve my luggage); the long time was hard at the very late hour for a short night's sleep. Morning return to airport was prompt. |

Since my flight from Albuquerque was scheduled to arrive too late in the evening for me to proceed to Cape Cod, I needed a place to stay. Transportation was key. The van was prompt and efficient both ways, and I was able to get a reasonably small meal late in the evening. |

The price was reasonable compared to many other places in Boston. The shuttle ride to the airport was very good and the driver was very courteous and helpful. Just one thing. I was put in a room on the very bottom floor with no elevator access. I recently broke my leg and hauling my suitcase to such a remote place was challenging. The room, while clean, had a bathromm the size of a small closet with a low ceiling. It was a struggle to move around. The bed was very comfortable and clean. |

bar staff friendly and extremely efficient the layout of the Japanese restaurant is extremely unsuitable if one is eating alone. I went in but when I was shoehorned in the middle of a large family group. I left and ate in the bar. |
