The Receptionist, a Young Asian Woman Was An Absolute Gem, Patient And Helpful With Checking Me In And My Debit Card Wasn't Working Correctly She ave Me Time And Another Option To Use a Different Card.
Very Little I Mean The Pool Was a Bit Small They Should Definitely Expand The Building Into the Parking Lot Area To Build a Bigger Pool They Have The Space But It's Kinda Shaped Odd.

There is nothing I really didn't like except the location is farther away from the Harbor than we would have liked. Nothing around the Hotel to see or do really, but they do shuttle you back and forth to the airport so you can catch a train to the city.
We only had one day in Boston & the Four Points staff were a great help! They took us to the 'T' & explained what stop to get off on & where to return. With their help we saw a lot in our short time!! Also the convenience to the Airport is a big plus. Thought we'd need lots if time to turn in rental, check in etc but even in morning traffic we had time to spare!
2nd stay at the hotel and served the purpose overnight after a 25.5 hour flight from Australia.

This is absolutely not what I expect from a Sheraton hotel. Old Wrong neighboorhoud. Waiting one hour for a shuttle pick up I paid substantial money for two nights, no value for that money!

Everything was perfect.
We had an early morning flight and this was a very convenient location for getting to the airport. The fact that the hotel was clean and comfortable made the first night of our vacation pleasant and stress free.
The best part was the friendly hotel staff. The hotel seemed a bit overpriced considering you are quite far from airport and very far from city. The restaurant had excellent sushi.
Out in the middle of nowhere in a strip mall parking lot basically. Considering it states that it is an airport hotel, that seems misleading. Also to get shuttle from T stop you have to call. There is no agent or payphone at the Wonderland station. I had no phone, luckily a taxi driver called the hotel for me. Just be forewarned.

It is an older hotel but somewhat remodeled and clean so if you don't care if it is new it is a great hotel.
I chose this hotel based on Internet reviews, and frankly the still did the facility and staff a disservice. This is highly recommended and an excellent value for the traveler to Boston!

They could not find my reservation/booking at first and it took a senior person who discovered that my middle name was the last name in the computer. I beleive it was the interface with bookings.com and the hotel. It was a needlessly challenging few minutes
It was close to the Airport and we left the next day, they provided free shuttle to the Airport and down town and that was great!! The room was a nice large size, they provided a decent breakfast the next morning as part of our stay.
Beds were not comfortable and the shower was a little run down looking in our room. Caulking was coming out of the shower it was just not up to the standards of the room or the hotel.

Bisuteki Japanese restaurant and sushi bar, great food and a good show. Hotel is very nicely appointed, offers shuttle service to Logan by appointment. Very convenient to Logan Airport and Rt 1. Breakfast was hot, fresh and quite good.
Dated fixtures in the bathroom, mould in the corners of the tub, showerhead was supposed to adjust but didn't. Some rather loud guests in neighbouring rooms. In-room coffee is like everywhere else: dreadful.
Everything!. They can pick you up and drop you off at the airport, metro station and more. Locations are SUPERB, if you need something, theres quite a lot of stores just a few steps away... can't recomend it enough.

Room was large & airy. Quiet. Spotless. Staff friendly & helpful. The on site restaurant was perfect. Food wonderful & good value. I certainly would choose this hotel again.
