Perfect Location to Airport; Shuttle service to & from airport was excellent. Drivers were very nice & friendly. On our return, we waited a maximum of 10 minutes from the time we made the call to the hotel til the time the shuttle arrived at the airport. Bar/Restaurant was very nice & relaxing. Nothing

Nice clean rooms, near the airport, but not noisy. Great shuttle service to the airport. Got room with two queen beds, but they were more like full beds. But, very comfortable.

Location As I told the manager, I was very upset - had the worst night sleep ever at any hotel (and I travel fairly often). Someone decided to play a joke and set the phone alarm to 1:30am. They also set the clock radio alarm to 5:00am. Since I dont' know how to use the clock radio, I inadvertantly hit the snooze button instead of the off button, so I was woken for the third time that night. I think the number one reason a person stays in a hotel is to sleep. That I did not do. I will never stay at this hotel again - ever. When I asked for some sort of refund, All that was offered was $20! What a joke. 2 things - shouldn't the maid check the clock and the phone for these types of pranks? And secondly, why would anyone need a clock radio - how 70's!

空港まで近く大変便利だった。レストランのクラブケーキがおいしかった。 部屋が一階だったので、カーテンを堂々と開けれなかった。

location to BWI airport, available parking, extended parking for trip and fee was very reasonable, shuttle service very accommodating. dining menu prices a little high for the quality of the food.

I thought the staff was very accommodating and the restaurant food was done well. I didn't like the fact that the fan NEVER shut off in my room and the heat was hard to regulate.
