my hubby and i are both somewhat handicapped .walking is very difficult for both of us. the hotel is big, but only has 1 handicapped room??? why??? and it was taken. we were put in a room on the 3rd floor, way down the hall. the desk clerk was unfrendly and refused to let me explain.

I liked it closeness to midway airport and its reasonable price.

Shuttle to train,restaurant was good,all the staff was kind and cheerful,everything was clean, and we were allowed to check in early. Thanks for a great stay

Had a call late at night from a so-called hotel manager who wanted my details again because there was a problem with the hotel computer. I declined but was told in the morning it must have been a scam

Person at desk very hard to understand. Waited in cold 25 minutes for pickup when we were told they were on the way - they should have been honest and told us to stay inside for 15 minutes - then go out. Won't stay there again.

It was fairly close to where I needed to be, a fair price and a good hotel

They had a get together at there hotel for some locals and they were all in the lobby and police was called up there as well.

Room was old and there is an odor, sink was plugged and toilet didn't flush properly. Construction going at front door, no apology given.

For my purpose in staying at this hotel was to have a shuttle and being near Midway airport, as I had to use the el (orange line) and it was a close location for my other business partners who live in chicago to have access to a conference room and the resturant

Again, the only 2 amenties I needed for this hotel was a shuttle service and some type of business like center.

We really liked the hotel shuttle service...it took us to the train and picked us up at the end of the day. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The shuttle was convenient and available to transport not just to and from airport, but also to the cta train station for easier access to downtown and touring spots. The on sight restaurant was essential as there was nothing else close for eating. Selections were limited, but generally tasty. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large enough. I was able to store my luggage on site after the mandatory noon (no exceptions) check out so that I could enjoy the day in town before my evening flight home.

It was quite some distance from anything, including the airport===although transportation was available to the cta station via the hotel shuttle. The hotel had a "cheap" feel to it, in as much as they had "rules" posted that could not be bended....as if they were afraid of getting ripped off or taken advantage of. Also the furnishings, while clean enough, were worn--furniture was bare on the edges, the carpet stained and worn..... Very homey, in some ways--- and maybe that is to be expected for Chicago Hotels for the price????? However on this trip I stayed at two other cheaper facilities (outside of town) that had hot free breakfasts, and were well furnished with refrig and microwaves (That I did not need....)

It was close to Midway airport and cost 1/2 of what the other 9 "Midway Hotels". The rooms are huge! If you like space it's the place to go.

I did not like that I had to call for a pick up from Midway airport. I didn't have a phone with me, so that was a real problem. When I walked into the room, the couch was pulled out from the wall and the floor was really dirty behind the couch. In addition the bathtub, while it may have been clean, was stained and rather gross looking.

The room needed thorough vacuuming, especially in corners and around baseboards.

The staff was very helpful. We found that it was cheaper to take the 24 hour shuttle the hotel offered to get to the city ( very cheap city trip). The ac unit was not working upon our arrival, yet staff was polite and helpful and it was fixed in 10 minutes. We also got a discount due to ac. We very much enjoyed our stay!

There was no continual breakfast provided. Yet, no other complaints!

The hotel is minues from Midway Airport and has a 24 hour shuttle to th airport.

The staff quickly got us on our way to downtown Chicago using the Orange Line from the airport. The shuttle service worked out very well.

The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating with holding my bags for early check-in and taking them up to my room while I was downtown. The complimentary shuttle service was extremely convenient to/from Midway Airport - 7 min away - as well as to the Midway L-train to downtown Chicago. The room was basic but very clean. The king-size bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. I did not do any shopping in the area, although it is right across from Costco & a few other stores. I only spent 1 night before heading out of town, but I would certainly do it again. I left too early in the a.m. to try their restaurant.
