Four Points by Sheraton Chicago O'Hare    

The proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle.

It was dark and dirty. The carpets on the fourth floor were smelling and very dirty. The staff on the restaurant during the night were very good, but in the morning was awful!!!

We had a very nice evening. We were there a very short time having to get to the airport by 5AM.

The toilets were VERY low. The carpet was old and appeared soiled.

We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. As well as the very nice housekeeping staff and gift shop lady.

We did not enjoy the extremely unfriendly and snotty front desk attendants. The tiny bathroom or the fact that there was no refrigerator or microwave. There was light coming in from under the bathtub. Weird. The curtains let in a lot of light from the edges and the bottom making it impossible to sleep in at all. Also the a/c unit cover fell off every time it was bumped. And lastly the no continental breakfast. The least you could do is have coffee that lasts longer than to 9 am.

The room was awful. The cable didn't work properly. The bathroom light was on a 15 minute timer. The hotel smelled. You can tell the hotel was in need of repair. The light for the room was located in the closet. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Analog TV is very old.

I enjoyed my stay it made my night because I missed my flight n it was convient, quick and clean good deal for money fast n easy, enjoyed restaurant was excellent nothing bad to say

The staff responded to calls for assistance cordially and helpfully. The showers and beds were awesome.

Close proximity to Chicago o' Hare airport. A shuttle bus going to the airport and station every 20 minutes. Food in the restaurant was acceptable.

A taxi from this hotel to central Chicago will cost around $45 so get the train from the airport for just $10 return! It takes around 45 minutes but if you go by taxi it could take longer depending on the time of day. No breakfast included at this hotel. Decor was a little tired and in need of a face lift.

Room was fine

We paid extra to have breakfast included, had the email confirming it and were told it wasn't in the computer and we couldn't have it. Finally given a voucher for one. There were two of us and had paid for two. Not great customer service.

Bed was extremely comfortable and our Do Not Disturb sign was really respected. The on-site restaurant was excellent.

When we checked in, the smoke detector was beeping (took maintenance an hour to come to change the battery), the clock radio was missing, there was no soap in the room, the top shelf of the closet was filthy and the refrigerator was not plugged in.

It was very noisy. The fire alarm went off as I got in at 11pm. We all had to evacuate thru the stairs. False alarm but not a great way to begin my overnight stay. Pool an sauna very dated.

Friendly staff, easy access to the hotel, nice lobby, pool was clean and well equipped with bathrooms, sauna and hot tub, beds were comfortable, nice sheets and bed linens. Noise control was good. Restaurant was good and family friendly.

Building, hallways, rooms and bathrooms were of poor workmanship, old, stained carpet. The pool area was very cold in temperature, maybe due to the outside doors and hallways. The ceiling in the hall needed repairs ( the insulation was showing through missing ceiling tiles. Maintenance and updates were needed almost everywhere.

Agnes, behind the front desk is to die for gorgeous! Your other Polish women were beautiful as well. All the front desk women are keepers!

The bartender with the ponytail needs to improve his attitude in a big way. The lady manager of the breakfast shift in the restaurant needs to learn how to smile.

it is perfectly equiped, and very clean, the beds are very cozy. The checkin and checkout are quick. Very close to the airport with free, very efficient shuttle, from, and to it.
