Four Points by Sheraton Columbus    

The hotel was clean.

I booked the room when my flight was cancelled. Spoke with hotel directly. No mention of cable and internet being out during that conversation or during check in. Not until I called the front desk to let them know my cable was out, was I informed that this outage had occured hours earlier. Was told about the bar, restaurant, asked about a welcome call, but no mention of the problem. Was able to check out relatively easy. Front desk knew I was walking to the Marriott Courtyard and did not offer a shuttle ride. Turned out I was walking in a suit and tie, pulling my luggage in not the best neighborhood.

They didn't have a spa tub by the pool and the price was way to high

The rooms were very clean and nice.

The staff had screwed up my reservation and instead of 1 night, had me booked for 5 nights. Since I didn't show up for the first night, they cancelled my reservation. I had to show them my email from booking.com to prove that they had screwed up. Luckily, they had vacancy, so we were still able to stay. Also, there isn't a fridge or microwave in the room, so keeping our daughter's milk cold wasn't possible.

Restaurant service was very slow. Took 25 minutes to get a burger...no other orders were ahead of me. I was working in hotel lobby with a co-worker and we had to make a 15 minute conference call. I asked if if we could use one of the conference rooms. I was told to use the restaurant area. I've stayed at 4 Points in many different locations. I won't return to this one.

I liked everything. Will stay there again.May be the only hotel I look for. Thanks for the nice comfortable evening.

Location, between OSU campus and shopping.

There was a continuous sound in the ventilation system, even when it wasn't on. It sounded like a critter was in there.

The location is good and it's clean overall. I like the lobby decor and it's very quiet.

Guests had no access to the pool because the door could not open with guest or staff keycard. Couple staff members tried and was unsuccessful. My kids looked forward to it and were very disappointed. The hotel should also look into offering continental breakfast as part of the package. Two of our pillow covers had mildrew stain on them and they weren't changed the next day. The dinner utensils also had dried up food on them and lots of water marks. I've stayed at less expensive hotel that offered better quality than what I experienced there.

The staff was very friendly. The large shower was nice.

Our ice bucket had dirty water in it and the room smelled bad/dirty. I expected it to be more elegant considering it's rated 4 stars. Other than that it is a very nice place.

Very nice and clean hotel. I would give it 4 star quality. No such thing as a bad location in columbus because its so small.

I got a 40.99 charge on my bill and apparently i only paid a deposit when i booked my room online. This has never happened to me at booking.com before and since i didnt have my printout of my prepaid charges I was in no position to argue. Of course I could be wrong, but that would have been a first time thats happened to me using booking.com.

The desk clerk and waiter were very polite.

No maps of area were available at the desk. No shower cap in room. Very skimpy amenities for over $140 a night!! Breakfast was not included. There was a wet spot on the carpet by the window. To top it off the room charge was $20 more than I expected when reserving on booking.com. I will not use that service again and am likely to be very wary of Sheraton products!!

I wasn't impressed by anything there.

There was no bathtub, and with small children a more accurate description of the facility would have been useful. For the money my family and I should have chosen to stay else wear.

comfort place to stay

Room keys would not work and staff couldn't fix this the first 2 days there. Soap dispensers in shower were empty. For 2 people we had 2 large towels only, 2 small hand towels, 2 wash clothes. Ridiculous. Room was incredibly small

the bathroom door was like a barn door which i really liked

I felt like the walls where paper thin, the people staying in the next room where up really early and i could hear every single thing they where saying. It woke me up from a dead sleep

Bathroom was a ver;y nice size. The lounge and dinner areas were very nice. Liked the TV crezenda was well appointed.

Carpet were dirty and stained. Toliet handle was broke, Coffee maker was poorly located and could not be filled without making a mess. Curtains were torn. Ice maker did not work on our floor. Need additional mirror in bedroom area.

very clean, beautiful facility

difficult in getting cab service. they recommended Orange Cab. Blue Cab was by far best service.

While booking i got different answers about our room size.

No continental breakfast.. It was advertised as having free breakfast also restaurant was very weak

We had a very nice time staying at Four Points Columbus. The best thing about our stay would honestly have to be our bartender Mike. He was such a young man but he was excellent!!! He is definitely an asset to this establishment!!

No refrigerator or microwave in the room

Nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The maintainance guy came up and fix the lock on our adjoining door right away and was very nice. The girl who checked us out in the morning was not very nice or personable. SHe acted like it was the worst thing in the world that we were all paying our own share of the 2 rooms and she had to give us individual receipts. Sorry but I thought that was your job. Other than that a great stay. I would stay again but hope that Sheraton realizes how much the attitude and way employees treat people who stay there really gives people a good or bad impression. SHe was the last memory we have of the stay there...not great for business.

Big room size, conveniently located nearthe cmh Airport and Easton Town Centre. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Free complimentary internetis a plus!

Bathroom has sliding door which is sometimes difficult to close and made some noises.It would be nice if the hotel can provide a bidet in the toilet.

clean and comfortable

No soap or shampoo and not enough towels. No instructions how to use the darkening blinds so we slept in the light from the parking lot .

Bed was very comfortable and I had immediate use of the computer to check in our airline.

Room was very small and some of the bathroom tile was cracked. Did not like the location at all. It seemed to be in a partial industrial area and a not very nice part of town.

Aaa guide says continental breakfast. Coming from the East where everyone has a free continental breakfast, I assumed it was. It wasn't and I had told everyone it was free. Embarrassing. Should be included.
