A bottle of water in the room and the restroom was clean The bed sheets were dirty and wrinkly. the comforter was dirty as well..

Great place to stay when your flight is delayed. Staff was extremely helpful, shuttle service was convenient and the restaurant had a variety of options to choice from.

Room was outdated and drab. Furniture and carpet worn and dingy. Only thing up to date was the bathroom. I was very, very, disappointed with our room. It was comparable to a Motel 6, in my opinion ...

-great customer service -excellent service to and from KCI airport -Clean Rooms -Noisy a/c/heater unit. -Pillows not very comfortable. One was very flat and the other was overstuffed....big decor pillows tooo big for sleeping purposes. -no early morning breakfast options. Close to airport, should have a continental breakfast included in the pricing. Would make this hotel, a great value and a very welcomed experience for anyone traveling to or from KCI.

Soap dispensers in the shower was cool. Being put in a room next to the elevator on the first floor by the lobby, which was noiser than I would like. I also kind of expected a nicer TV.

They have a shuttle service to and from the airport which made it very convenient. My flight was late and got in around 1:30 am so it was nice to have transportation waiting for me. The driver took me to a gas station nearby so that I could get something for dinner, as I did not have time to eat before my flight. The room was clean and comfortable, so no problems there. The next day I had to go back to the airport to pick up a rental car and barely missed the shuttle. The front desk lady called another hotel and had them come get me so I didn't have to wait 20 minutes. I didn't even ask for her to do it, but it showed that they really tried to accommodate their guests. Well done!
