Close to LAX for passebegrs just wanting a place to stopover. I would recommend a they change the carpet in the room i stayed in showing sign and smelling a tad musty..... but lets face it what do expect for the price. Carpet that was mentioned above |

The rooms were lovely, small but very nicely done. The large walk-in robe was very handy for storing all our luggage and the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was only pastries and sweet muffins, so we ended up having to eat in cafes for breakfast. This was the only disappointing thing about our stay. |

fast shuttle service never mentioned about charging $16 daily per parking, they said every hotel in LA do it, what. is not true, 3 months ago I was in marriot ressidence inn(excellent) parking free, those $16 daily bucks make me regret of retorning to this hotel, and parking clercks were rude and lazy. |

location near the airport before you leave you will receive a receipt? Even befpre you have checked out? Maybe they dont trust there customers? Very anoing. |

We chose this hotel for its convenience to the airport as we had an early flight to catch. Yes we did not enjoy the noisy truck sized airconditioning unit situated outside our window that did not turn off at all. The staff member at reception served the flight attendants before us, clearly they were more special than the travelling public. |

As we were on our way back home to Australia the location of this hotel to LAX was excellent. The free shuttle was a bonus as well. The airconditioner was particularly noisy and made sleeping difficult! We had a king bed room and it was very small. |

Room was very clean and quiet and I'll found all that I need. Both restaurant and bar has a good choise of drink and food. I appreciate the shuttle to airport every 15/20 min. H24. Breakfast is not included. |

Really didn't think it would be so nice! Gorgeous room with the most comfortable rooms of all the hotels I stayed in on my trip. Couldn't hear the planes and the pool area was great. Much more luxury than I was expecting. Restaurant staff were a bit grumpy. Bar didn't open until 4pm which is mad for a hotel near an airport where everyone is arriving/departing on different time clocks. I know it's a cliche but a kettle and some tea bags would have been nice, it's all coffee over there! |

The rooms seemed to be newly remodeled and clean. The staff at breakfast was very difficult at times, the price for breakfast changed from one day to the next. The elevators were slow and not expresss - always one was not working - and for a hotel this size three elevators in the main lobby is too few. (There were four more on the other end of the building - but found them the last day!) Also, the rooms had a Motor Hotel feel - with the window being onto the breezeway, and the bathrooms inside the building! |
