Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport    

The cabs out front quoted me one price the day before and next day when I went to use them they raised the price substantialy.

the bed, the staff was very nice.

the air conditioning, the bathroom, the water was cold and I couldn't get a shower,the breakfast was terrible,the worst breakfast I had in my life.

My booking was not in the system. The shuttle service would not help me with my bags. There was no one outside the hotel to help me with my bags. I had to call 3 times. At the end I had to drag the bags myself. The service was very bad.

Comfortible but I don't know about the larger part of the Hotel. We were in the side wing with glass fronts. But it was comfortible and clean.

The computer printer was not working and I needed to print our boarding passes.

The sheets were very bad and I saw I a rat running out side the room I will never stay at this hotel now

I thought the bar/restaurant had a nice atmosphere.

Room size and facilities didn't stack up against a recent stay at a diferent hotel in the same area, which still came in cheaper. Also room wasn't in good condition, E.G. pealing wallpaper. Pool was uncomfortably cold.

Proximity to LAX. But there are plenty of other options there, hopefully better.

The room allocated to me was pathetic, it had only one window that opened into the corridor and the only sunlight then would be through the corridor. That of course at the cost of your privacy.

I enjoyed how friendly people were. I think that the housekeeping did a fabulous job each day. Coffee maker was amazing, best hotel coffee I have had. The swimming pool was warm and a friendly and welcoming environment. I also loved the free shuttle bus to and from lax it was very convenient, and had less worries for me.

I did not like the $100 dollars they added onto my fee for room service, that should be an option. I would have hoped there to be a small refrigerator, especially for people with longer stays. There was also no ice machine on the 4th floor. I did not like how there was parking fee for hotel guest. I think that it should be free to those who stay, and have free access to the parking garage with a room key, parking cost just added another inconvenient fee to my trip.

I liked having two rooms that actually looked like a fitness room to exercise and kids loved the heated pool.

1) The room was fairly spacious and clean. 2) The check-in was fast. 3) The A/C in the room was very efficient (but also quite loud).

1) When booking online I asked for a room "not close to an elevator or an ice/vending machine" - the room that I got was directly opposite the elevators ... 2) Two of the three lamps in the room were unplugged with the power plugs behind furniture so we had to move furniture to plug in and then use the lamps. 3) The A/C in the room was very loud (but also quite efficient).

staff was great. Always helpful upon arriving at the hotel. someone always greeted you upon arrival. Room was clean. Bed comfortable

Room very small. Very tight getting into the bathroom. Cheap door on closet. Needed updating.

Cool place near to the airport

It was great to be able to check into our room early... After an international flight all we wanted was a good bed to sleep on...

Good location, overall good service.

Very nice quite and comfortable for my girlfriend and I.

I was charged three times for a one night stay. I had to call the bank and the hotel to clear up the mistake. Thankfully I had a receipt and will be refunded in 3-5 buisness days

Spotless room and great, affordable eats in both the room and downstairs. Handy coffee w bagels stand in the am. Free, fast wifi. Courteous and quick staff. Very comfy and modern decor. Not too cold. Great for the writing I had to get done, both in the room (which had both 3-pronged plugins and usb ports at desk) and in the lobby full of armchairs and sofas. Super convenient to airport and ucla.

Would hve liked at least one bed stand outlet so phone could be next to me instead of across the room for nightly charge. Not a deal breaker by any means.

Airport Shuttle, value for money compared to the other hotels nearby. Bathroom is clean and tidy, room is spacious and clean.

Shuttles werent on time and crowded. Restuarants are tired looking with sad menus and have not enough choice for food. Noisy streets in the evening. Staff members at check-in weren't efficient enough.

The location is 5 mins from LAX airport. Free shuttle bus from and to airport. I enjoyed the breakfast and a night sip at the bar. Hotel room is comfortable, clean. I would stay here next time I visit L.A.

We were not told the parking is $19 per night per vehicle untill we asked for the parking tkt.

I didn't like the dirty room , I had blood on my pillows and dirty face towels and the neighbors was way to loud

The front desk clerk Jealessia. She turned a bad day into a great one. Our flight had cancelled due to mechanical difficulties and so we were tired and worn down when we arrived at your hotel. In 5 minutes, Jealessia had us smiling and feeling appreciated.

My wife and I(69/73 years old)didnot received the due consideration from the people in the reception of the hotel, when we arrived(our room was pre paid). We arrived to la after a 14 hours flight from Sydney- Australia.
