The bed was very comfortable. The concierge and luggage and transportation staff were excellent. There was someone smoking in the restaurant and the staff didn't tell them to go outside. |

convenience shower...we stayed in two different rooms on two occasions and both times the shower did not fully come on and water poured out of the tap into the tub. I thought California had a water problem. |

it was close to the airport with good shuttle service i booked the hotel because i wanted to relax before my early morning flight and go to the swimming pool that looked nice on the web, but it was all closed down. the website should say instead of advertising things like this, very disappointing |

The bed. Easy check out. Swimming pool was closed, which we were not aware of before, and which we had planed to use. Fitness room, althhough we understand will be elsewhere in the future, is presently really below acceptable standards. No window, no TV, one of 3 devices not working (hometrainer). |

The LAX bus transit centre is just 3 blocks walk away which then allows to get anywhere in LA on the $5 all day metro pass. Combine this with the airport shuttle being included and you can sightsee LA very cheaply. Busses are also very easy to use and the network is thorough. Also plenty of fast food restaurants (BK, Carls, Subway) nearby so you don't have to rely on expensive hotel meals. |

- we were surprised that we had to pay extra $12 for parking I dont remember if this is included in your website information. If not - it should be added. Question 4 we have chosen the hottel for it's rate and location - near the airport since we had early flight. |
