Score from 3098 reviews Very good
its close from the airport and it's kinda clean with a reasonable prise
the design of the rooms, how the windows open on the corridors, no privacy
The Four Seasons' general design, comfort level, on-site lounge (which is only OK, but has a great beer selection), secure parking and location made for an appealing stay. It's near LAX, and close enough to both downtown LA and Long Beach, where I had business. Smooth checkout process.
Room smelled a bit moldy, and if you're staying on the south side of the property, airplane noise from the airport can be heard occasionally.
OLD ROOMS, VERY LOUD PLACE.
The price was ok
I am always relying on my cell phone, text messages and emails, so it is nice to have free wifi in our rooms. We love the free shuttle from airport and a short ride to the hotel. Front desk was very helpful.
The room and its furniture is a little dated but as long as it is clean and comfy, I was fine with it.
Shuttle and check in were great.
Light was not working in room which was disconcerting to a solo female traveler.
It is a convenient place to stay if traveling through LAX. Shuttle service to LAX.
Accommodations were dated. Room was dirty. (old chewed gum in one of the coffee cups...) Air Conditioner was older than me. Less than basic TV offerings.
Probably the noisiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in during my long life in between hotels around the world….. It is rather a a motel and not a hotel… The hallways to rooms were way too creepy.. Sleeping was almost impossible with very noisy intolerable sounds around the room and the corridors.… There is no window view, The room I got No. 639 had a window to a hallway side which allow everybody passing by to see the entire inside of the room and gives no privacy at all and you are left with no option but to keep the window heavy shade completely closes all day long… no natural light at all ... Felt like sleeping in a cell in jail.. I could hear all the people passing in the hallway talking. Room was damp, fairly old and smelly, bathroom was so tiny... The a/c fan was too noisy to run. Wifi is very bad, always disconnected..It was really creepy... The hotel is so dirty … The worst value for money that I have got for the last thirty years. I stayed here for only a few hours, arrived at 7 pm and checked out at 7 am. If it wasn't for only a minimum hours rest before the flight I would have checked out for a better hotel... It was the worst Sheraton Hotel that I have ever stayed… I will never ever trust Sheraton again and blame Booking.com for listing such hotle on their reputable site ... My recommendation is to stay away from this hotel.
Price and location, very nice staff.
The layout of the hotel was funky meaning it looked like a motel inside of a hotel. The elevators were quite bouncy!
Bar - A food prices - C room - B. prefer the west wing. I give parking an F. I don't understand why we had to pay for parking when we are guests of the hotel. We weren't flying. We went there because that's we spent our wedding night. We went back on our two month anniversary and we asked them for parking comp but got a big fat no. expect to pay $20 a night just for parking.
-Airport shuttle bus, I give 2 thumbs up for the drivers, they drive and also lifting up heavy baggages of the hotel guest, they should be appreciated for what they do, I hope the hotel give them bonus since very rarely to none guests give them tip -I stayed for 2nights and got a very good rate for the 1st night -For the 2nd night, we got in a pretty higher rate plus tax plus parking fee plus parking tax so it's not that affordable anymore, lots of other hotel offers far lower rate than this but since I booked online and it's nonrefundable so I had to stay
The 1st night price was very good but we were not informed there's a parking fee of usd19 per night plus parking tax as well For USD136 on the 1st night and USD165 on the 2nd night, I expect to have breakfast but NO, BREAKFAST NOT INCLUDED, it's so expensive. other hotels offers lower rate plus they provide warm breakfast -swimming pool rather small for a 4stars hotel
The beds were comfortable
The bathroom shower & tub area were outdated. Price for paying for parking is outrageous. In & out parking The cards didn't work. Air conditioning in room didn't work could adjust temperature. Shower head leaking. Bathroom was too outdated.
Friendly staff, quick response to giving a new room.
The first room that we were given smelled musty & old. I noticed dark spots on the ceiling that looked like mold.
Facilities, breakfast, transport from and to airport. very comfortable rooms
Nothing to see or do around the hotel, although we had no expectations of such, so minor issue.
Location to the airport
I needed a toiletries and it took 20 min to receive it in my room even though I offered to go pick it up. Also I didn't like my front door being on the outside. I thought this was an "indoor" hotel
Staff at the breakfast buffet were very nice and the food was good
Very rude front desk man. I reserved two double beds but as a surprise the front desk said they would need to check if available. Also I reserved two rooms and they did not give me a key for one of the two. Regardless, the front desk man was extremely rude
Nothing at all...
Mold on grout near sink, gfci was pulled out of the wall exposing wiring, hair in sink, and one of the two beds literally folded in half upon laying on it. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for 200+ dollars/night.
The employees were so nice I had an amazing stay, very clean, and affordable.
Close to the airport
Rooms are fairly old and dated, bathroom was tiny and food at breakfast was average.
Management was very assertive and valued the customer needs
Need more staffing maybe
Place was dirty. Carpets smelt which made the rooms and whole hotel smelly and dirty.
The wifi is very bad, always disconnected, and then need to register again.
weak coffee provided in room
This was my 2nd time staying here. There was a drastic change in the customer service. Everyone was friendly, greeted you with smiles and went the extra miles. It was already a great price but that just made the stay wonderful!
big room big bed, budget-friendly.
