    I like the hotel room it was small but really good worth the price

    I didn't like the staff! First day my card didn't work Also didn't work first and second day! It was my first visit to newyork i got this hotel to see the view! It's a little zoomed out skyline! Micheal is very rude person we didn't know the rules of staying in one room for two days and he was getting rude to us! That's his duty to tell us! If he can't be awake at night he should work in morning. There was only one towel in room! When we ordered water bottles he told us to come down and get it very very bad service! Morning staff is nice though! The hotel is build nice but staffs gonna ruin it i guess. I am never ever gonna stay there again

    Melissa at the front desk was awesome

    Need USB ports in rooms. attention to cleanliness of carpeting needs help. confusing lay out once out of the elevator.

    Door lockers- very noisy, not possible to close the door without noticeable noice -that disturbs a lot, espeecially in the night.

    New hotel in a quite convenient neigborhood. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, Eventhough it's not located in Manhattan island you can easily reach downtown by subway. Station is one minute walking. Same or much higher rates in Manhattan downtown for much lower quality, old housing, stinky rooms, internal and external noise. Nice rooftop bar with wonderful view of Manhattan skyline (some of the rooms share the same view too). Free wi-fi in the room. I will stay there again.

    my room for t v for FiFa not work. they can not fix it. ihave to lobby tv. parking space horribly tight for $25 a day!!!!!!

    Great stay! compare to other hotels in the city center, this hotel is cheaper and at a very quiet location. The subway in New York is very convenient, so there is no worry if you want to visit the city of New York. This hotel is nice and clean, wifi is also nice~ have friendly staff~I really enjoyed it.

    Nice hotel! I enjoyed the location as my son lives just across the street. Close to the subway and convenience store. Wonderful room with clean and new feeling bathroom.....loved the shower!! My room was cleaned daily no matter what time I left.

    the last night....I was not provided with an adequate supply of towels.

    Great view of Queensboro Bridge and NYC skyline, clean and pretty spacious rooms.

    Wi-Fi connection a bit shoddy.

    Very close to the subway into manhattan. I got an upgrade free of charge to a room with a view of manhattan which was nice. The rooms were very clean, comfy and I loved using the iPod Dock.

    The neighborhood wasn't all that but there were other hotels nearby and one being built right next door so I guess that was the central location for them

    The staff made me feel at home. Nice, friendly and polite. I sure miss them already!!! I should stay here on my next visti to NY.

    Always good consistent....we come here a lot.

    Cleaning could be better and per room the towels or replenishment of used products varies....

    Location was ideal for the price and only 3blocks from subway and 5 stops to Manhatten! Manager was great and was very friendly! Michaels restaurant was cheap and located on site and booking a car to airport was only $35 in a clean and comfortable vehicle!

    Receptionists could be more helpful with first time visitors,it wasn't until the 3 rd day that one commenced shift and was very helpful with printing out maps etc! Also the restaurant needs to change its menu now and then! Cleaner forgot to restock coffee and bathroom items on occasions!

    The location is excellent with easy access to a number of subway lines. Door to door from the hotel to TKTS in Times Square was never more than 30 minutes. Next to the 39th Avenue station is a really good diner - their fruit salad and omlette breakfast were fantastic. The hotel's onsite restaurant has a happy 'hour' each day and the half price quality food and drink was extremely welcome. Overall, the reception staff were excellent and did not mind my slightly early check-in following 24 hours of travelling. They contacted me to ensure that problems with wifi and the room servicing were sorted. The room (king size bed) was on the 9th floor overlooking Queens. It was great. Excellent touches of iron and ironing board, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo and very spacious shower. There was usually 2 small bottles of water each day. The in-room coffee maker was lovely and the coffee of high quality. The bed itself was extremely comfortable with crisp white linens. Towels were nice and soft. I liked the storage boxes in cupboards and the bathroom. The wifi was brilliant when not raining or snowing. They had no problem storing my luggage on the final day at no extra charge. Despite one or two issues, I would stay here again.

    The bed slipped out of its frame several times. This was reported and not fixed properly on two occasions. The room servicing was not performed properly on two mornings. On the first occasion I had spare towels, so not a problem. but the second occasion I was left with no towels and other room facilities were not replenished. I did not receive an explanation for this. They have a system of rewarding people for not having their room serviced, but I did not take part in this.

    Room small, lack of closet space. Bathroom sink did not drain properly.

    Good location for my business trvel. New clean hotel, fair window view accounts for pleasant stay.

    Parking could be difficult.

    Staff was fast, responsive, willing to help, very nuce . Room was perfect

    All the taxes they charged. Three different charges, so the room ended up being more expensive and my card was charged more then written on
