It was close to the Metro station (10 min walk south) and from there you can be in Times Square in 15-20 mins. The rooms are always clean, you have everything you need in them. The staff was friendly and helpfull, I was able to check in room earlier than advertised. Food in restaurant is really good! Total experience was really great!

Some rooms (at least the one I stayed in) have doors that connect to other rooms, so depending on your neighbours sometimes it can be a bit noisy ;) But it never lasted after 10 pm.

the area is a bit shady but on its way up. Some pipe noise and the doors make loud noises when they close as well but otherwise very nice rooms.

Very clean, comfortable. Great management and staff. Although at first I was hesitant to stay away from Manhattan, found out very easy access downtown, with subway stop two blocks away and a quick 2-3 stop ride to times square

Price is good but not too cheap for the area. Still good value for money but I would expect breakfast to be included with that price. Then it would be great value for money

The room was comfortable and clean.

I needed assistance at the front desk at around midnight and no one came out to assist me after I was standing there for almost 5 mins, then as I walked away a couple came through the front doors to check in and were greeted immediately by an employee who walked out from the back.

Food was really good and affordable. Easy access to mass transit. Shopping areas and airport within close proximity. Room and hotel was clean, courteous staff and nice environment all in all. Great experience. Many Thanks!

One encounter with rude staff on checkout who demanded I pay double the room charge, even though I had already paid via booking.com No proper curtains in room which means you have no choice but to wake up with the sunshine. Napping during the day is basically impossible Awful admin system. Called 4 hours before reaching hotel to confirm my reservation, to which they replied that it didn't exist. Only after calling booking.com and asking their rep to contact the hotel, did they acknowledge my reservation The neighbourhood is quite poor with no places to shop or eat around

Bed was broken and uncomfortable, staff tried fixing problem but didn't work, were very efficient in getting us another room for the remainder of our stay.

Cleaners took our cups each day and did not replace them, and they never replaced coffee creamer, were there for a week and had to ring reception every time we wanted some.

There is a googd gym there! You can enjoy it.

Checkout wasn't that simple, something was wrong with the printer to print the invoice, etc
