everything was wonderful but the bed was uncomfortable i hardly was able to sleep
thats all because other than that i loved the hotel the staff and the cleanliness
The staff!!! They held our bags while we were sight seeing, they googled subway information to help us get around. They couldn't have been more accommodating.
The room was very warm 78. Termostat was reluctant to work, eventually turn the a/c on but the room was still too warm in the morning.
Good location. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room
Would have liked a complimentary breakfast
The security of the hotel
Hotel staff exceeded my expectations of what a hotel should offer.
That I could not stay longer :)
We feel like we got a high quality hotel in a nice part of NYC for a reasonable price.
I didn't like that the concierge recommended that we arrange a shuttle (super shuttle) to transport 6 passengers from laguardia to hotel. It took 1 1/2 hrs & cost $120.00. Others in our group took taxi for $40 for 3 people and made it in 30 min!
Centralized location in Manhattan. Hotel is well maintained. Staff was very helpful, attentive, and in good spirit. Bar on ground floor. Would definitely stay again.
No continental breakfast included.
Great bargin! Good location. Great staff. Room comfy, clean, and quiet! Simplistic, clean, comfortable, quiet, was a plus...Thank You All!
Noise from next building in construction when I was on 2nd floor ..I request to be move to the highest floor
Friendly staff. Honey feel.
Four Points hit all points with me. I thanked my boss profusely for getting me the room.
There wasn't breakfast. but.. no real big deal. Plenty of eats in the surrounding area.
Loved the location. Nice to be close to subway, and away from the tourists. Really liked the neighborhood feel. Hotel staff was great to work with.
Rooms were snug for the 4 of us, but we were not in the room other than to sleep.
When arriving the hotel staff was immediately welcoming and kind. The room was very comfortable and cozy. When staying in the heart of NYC one must expect a small hotel room, however Four Points did a great job at designing the room to make me forget the size of the room and enjoy the amenities.
The only downside was the room window not being clean. It was great to wake up to a fairly decent view of the city, but I wish that the view wasn't masked by a dirty window.
Very comfortable bed and warm and friendly front desk staff who were eager to assist with any request. Good size room particularly for NY. Loved the fact that I had full control over the heating with the added important bonus of being able to open the window. All good not complaints at all. Exceptional value in an expensive city.
Room furniture and bathroom were fine , location is fine just few blocks walking from penn station ,staff were nice and helpful.
the room size was a bit small for what weve paid ,no breakfast .
Free coffee and tea daily, great location in Chelsea.Set in rather quiet street steps away from the 7Av. A variety of dining options all around the hotel.
Beds are too soft.
Contruction across the street which lasted till 2:00 in the morning. Difficult to sleep to much noise.
Good one night stay. Great location. Friendly and courteous staff. Common area was lacking...only complaint I have.
Nice room great location.
Way to small rooms..we could barely walked in the room.
Situation it's perfect, near of everything.
Price it's a little bit expensive.
Near to subway
One person at the front desk in the turn of night was very rude every single night! Even at the night of 31th of December when we was leaving to time square, he stops us at the door of the hotel like if we were thief for one mistake in the restaurant (not our fault) saying that he will charge us the double the check in the restaurant, INCREDIBLE!! at that moment the men in charge at the restaurant came at the scene and
Staff, comfy bed, pretty city view
The location was fine evetything was close by
Well for the amount of money given that was the best they had was too much the room was small there was much room to move around
