One staff member gave me such a hard time and attitude. I will no longer use this hotel when I return to NYC

The staff was outstanding in friendliness, courteous, follow-thru, contact and communication. I had even forgotten some jewelry in the room, and it was kept secure in the hotel safe until I was able to retrieve it. Awesome hotel staff.

We made reservation for two rooms, but by check-in there was only one room in hotel system and second family had to go to another hotel

The location was convenient

I paid for a room with a king bed and a city view and ended up in a room with two double beds watching homeless people dig for cans from 4 floors up- was still charged for a king room with a city view and the hotel wouldn't give me back the difference because "booking.com" sets the rate and booking.com couldn't give it back to me because they didn't actually charge me for it- both should have come to an agreement and given me some of my money back

Bathroom was bright and clean... had amenities.

Staff was great in responding to requests for extra towels, toothpaste, etc.

Staff was very nice and accomodating. Beds were comfortable.

Furniture was chipped the hotel looked a bit worn out.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, organising our return journey to the airport and looking after our cases after we checked out.

The Wi-Fi didn't work for some of our stay. We didn't have the best of views from our room and it was occasionally quite noisy outside, but both are to be expected in Manhattan.

Dion at front desk does an excellent job! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay the next time we are in the city!

Thought food was overpriced and bar man was very find of not returning change without asking.

The staff was very polite, professional. The beds very comfortable. The location was great for midtown, west & lower manhattan activities.

The room was in need of updating. The furniture was a bit worn, very small with hardly a place for a suitcase. The bathroom very disappointing, no counter/surface space whatsoever. And, the price wasn't all that inexpensive.

Beds were very comfortable but too small.

The damn vending machine never had the correct selection of soda come out.

staf was very friendly and went out of their way to keep our bags before check in. Made us feel welcome after check in and even gave us a small welcome gift! YUMMY!

Location was great.

The beds and the room was too small for 4 people so there was no place to move in the room :( Btw,the housekeeper was not taking care of the dust so you need to clean your own wastebasket :(

Great location, not too far from everything, with great access to the subway, and walking distance of many things. I love that they had a 24 hour gym.

Room was a bit smaller than I expected. The room did not include a microwave or refrigerator, but we requested both and one of each was sent to our room at no charge.

The location of the hotel is very good, Free Wi-Fi service, Although it is expensive, pricing is good for Manhattan compared to similar hotels.

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful and having the restaurant and bar was an additional bonus

noise from the street, not bad but perhaps better windows on the front side when they replace them but not a really big issue as it is a big city
