The hotel was in such a great convenient location. Close easy walking distance to 2 alternate subway lines and a short walk (less than 5 minutes) into the heart of Soho shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. |

We liked very much the location of the hotel. It is very convinient for someone that wants to explore the city. Very close to the main areas and subway. I tried to get a plug adapter to convert the European system to the US. The recepcionist was not very kind and didn't make much effort to help me. Everytime I asked him, he would tell me that all the adapters they had were beeing used. |

Staff were great room nice and clean coffee in room was better than average although it was starbucks so could have been better if they had used a quality roaster instead of a chain Room was small although I guess that is standard in NYC. Ac didn't work in room. Room really needs a bar fridge. I would expect this as standard in room for this price and major inconvenience if travelling with young kids. Did have ice though |

well designed room... nice bathroom... great tv.. fitness center was small, but got the job done ;) ... very friendly staff Wifi was spotty.. internet connectivity was slow.. Some odd noises at odd hours.. |

location is good, near to subway and in a nice area full of shops and restaurants. Hotel is fine, chambers are basic but comfortable. Fitness is small, windows are single glass. |

It was really clean, the staff was polite and very helpfull. Good quality bed. Free tea/coffee in the room, free internet. The hotel was 2 min walk from the subway as well as few cafes/ provision shops. Easy reach of touristic places. The room was small but big enough for few days. The breakfast room looked unapealing so we didn't try breakfast there. |

The staff was exceedingly cordial. They agreed to give me a late- checkout, which was critical to my stay as I had a late night flight out.The rooms were clean and comfortable and being in the middle of Soho is amazing, of course. They need to get more power-adaptors for overseas guests (for laptop and phone chargers) - I ended up going out to buy one, rather than having the hotel loan one to me, which is the standard I am used to at starwood hotels. |

Our room was lovely, comfy bed and great shower. Super black-out curtain that kept the warmth in too. Large flatscreen TV, Ipod docking station and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was fantastically located for everything we wanted to do - shop, eat and drink - as well as one block from the subway. The room overlooked a brick wall of the next building, but we didn't expect a great view from the 7th floor and it didn't spoil our enjoyment of the room at all. |

Location is great, very central en easy to reach. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room cleaned very well every day. Free use of PCs and printer in business centre. The restaurant is nothing special (we tried dinner once, no breakfast). But with the number of restaurants in the area, this is not much of an issue! |

Staff very helpful, changed our room because of the noise nearby, indicated nice places and... provided an umbrella. Rooms cosy and well attended. The restaurant is just not worth the money, so many nice places to out for dinner on Prince Str or on Spring Street ( don't forget Balthazar, but with a booking in advance...) |

Good central location to Greenwich Village and Soho, clean room, not too noisy, comfortable bed, good shower, pleasant staff. Quite expensive for room size and fact that no breakfast included, freezing full cost on credit card in advance |

Efficiency and helpfulness of staff. Quiet location of hotel. Room well appointed. Our first stay in New York, perfect, would recommend, probably not suited to teens/youngsters. Having to pay for each individual item at breakfast was disappointing and we have not come across this before. |

Our stay was fantastic! Our first thoughts the first morning were "man this is a great bed". Reception staff were very helpful and friendly no matter what the question. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will definitely return |

comfortable bed and pillows, staf were helpful and internet access as well as location soap, tea etc needed to be requested to be replaced, very little room in the bath room or storage for suite case. |
