We enjoyed our stay at Four Points. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help with enquiries about getting out and about. Room was very clean and staff obliging with requests. Best of all, it was well located near the SoHo eating district and, especially, close to a subway station. We would definitely stay here again. Thankyou. There was nothing we didn't like.

We loved the super-comfortable bed after long days of walking and shopping. Because the hotel is next to the entrance to the expressway, there was lots of honking starting about 3:00 p.m. and lasting 'til 6ish. But that's Manhattan, and you get used to it after a bit.

This was a really great little hotel in an amazing location and at a fantastic price. The staff were so hospitable (thanks Alex for the welcome cocktails!) and couldn't do enough to help us. The rooms were small but clean and very comfortable. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to stay in an authentic part of NYC close to the tube and a short walk from the bustling streets of SoHo, Little Italy etc. The bar was very small so there wasn't really an in hotel social vibe

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The room was well-designed. The location was excellent for our purpose--visiting family in the Village--but it seemed like an excellent location for just visiting the city.

I had a great view from the 20th floor of midtown. Staff couldn't do more to make my stay. Basement facilities were a little grim. Ideal location near SoHo and my office. Can't think of anything. Neighbours towards the end of my week were a bit noisy. Breakfast was over priced.

Convenient to where we needed to go in the Village, Soho, and Tribeca; high value for the price paid, and a sleek place with a friendly, helpful staff. The room was large for NYC, comfortable, and had what we needed. The breakfast deal was confusing and not easy to find. With just two elevators, there were frequent delays (not a huge deal).

The staff was very friendly and helpful - location was good. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet despite the fact that I think the hotel was pretty full. Room was quite small. The air conditioner was very noisy.

Nice staff, great position, only one block from the subway. The first night we had a room very noisy, but the day after the staff moved us in an other room on the 11th floor without noise!

Despite the crush of housing the participants of three weddings over an already crazy busy weekend in nyc ( 9/11 memorial observance, fashion week and the us Tennis Open) the staff was attentive to our needs and those of our family and friends (in for our daughter's wedding) and responsive to last minute occurrences. The location was ideal for our events which took place exclusively in the west village and soho. The in room temperature was excellent. It was a hot and humid weekend and we were very comfortable in the room. The rooms were smaller than expected. The photographs on the web page made them appear considerably larger than was the case. I would have made additional arrangements had I known that.

The Staff were very helpful, also the location was perfect for site seeing throughout the city. Breakfast was quite expensive, although the location of the hotel was close to many other cafes, restaurants and deli's so this was not a huge issue for us.
