It located perfect area to shop and travel. Room was cleaner than I expected

Staff gave us second floor, I don't care about view and I paid little but I told them when I checked in, my friend never been US(not nyc). They need to be flexible sometime. There bed has big problem, I got injured last day felt they don't care about my kinda serious scar. they said pharmacy is around corner

Nice People at the Reception, good location

The room was terribly noisy, lower floor and at 6.45 the alarm started to ring (even if unplugged) every 10 mins. I had to bring it down to the reception at 7.30. Moreover building constructions aside of the hotel since 6 am of friday.

Hotel was very clean. They also were able to hold our bags for the day while we went around town, as our flight was in the evening. Great customer service!

The location. The hotel is located in a West village neighborhood; in a quiter section of Manhattan therefore, lots of neighborhood restaurants and shops. This hotel is not for tourists who experience nyc for the first time. For me this hotel is the go to hotel whenever I visit nyc which is often. Subway access is less than a block away. Wednesday happy hour is nice!

With this kind of rate that they charge, the hotel should provide all day coffee access in the lobby. I've stayed in other chains in the city; they provide this service.

Decent location to Soho. Rooms are New York average but they are comfortable. I went with my girl for 1 night before independence day and I spent a valuable time there, exepct for thing!!. 3 hours before our check out my girl and I, we were decided to pay half day to stay longer there; when I spoke with the lady at the front desk she said that we can be there only until 4pm which was insane!!! They charged us $118 for half day and the only extra time that we were able to stayed there was 4 more hours!! This is insane, when I asked to the front desk agent she replied to me that the reason was because they wont have housekeeper available to clean the room after 4pm. Excuse me!! But I been booking in different hotels in my life and I never heard something like this and what is worse is the fact that is located at Soho!!! Come on, give me a break, one of the greatest neighborhoods in NYC and they dont have housekeeper on independence weekend? On overall the property wasnt bad compared to some upscale hostels that we scoped before booked there. Also they offer free bottled water for free which is a nice gesture. But I would say that Customer Service is their issue!!! I also wrote en email complaning about how much they charged me for only 4 extra hours and its been 72 hours and I didnt heard from them either. In summary, the property is nice and the rooms are ok; however some members from the front desk department didnt do well their homework of keep guest satisfied and incentivate them to return to this property. For better or for worse for me, customer service is more important than Gold; I think I probably wouldnt return and either recommend it to my clients or friends.

Courteous front staff clean room fast elevator walking distance to clubs celebrating Pride.

I would stay at the hotel again but skip the restaraunt. The menu was reasonably priced but the food not so great.

the room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I'm not sure that the sheets were clean -- they were very dirty looking. It was not a pleasant stay -- we will never stay at this hotel again. Disgusting.
