The 'fitness' room is small

Emily in particular was excellent. Very helpful and welcoming. The room was nicely decorated. Pleasant terrace at the front. Having just come from the Four Points - known as the 4 out of 10 points- in dc I was very worried to have arranged this to meet a friend for the weekend but was pleasantly surprised.

Aircon noisy. When asking for a cab to the airport they booked one at $85. The yellow cab price was $53. They were fine when I swapped to a yellow cab however.

Every member of staff was outstanding. We were welcomed with polite, cheerful staff, who had a good sense of humour. The location of the hotel is excellent - close by to cafes, shops, bars, etc. - easy to walk around and find something interesting to do. The room was a bit dark and dingy, but had all the facilities necessary - ie: coffee making machines - lovely, comfy bed, clean linen, etc.

Air con was a bit noisy though, so we turned ours off. Didn't have a very good view from the window but we were on the 2nd floor. I think if you have one of the rooms higher up in the building this would be better. Its a bit pricey, but - hey - its in New York and even better, in Soho.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, and their good service made up for anything I complained about. The location is very convenient. The hotel is 2 blocks away from 1 subway line, and a 5-minute walk to the major subway hub. Hotel is within easy walking distance from restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and in a safe area.

I was disappointed in the quality and size of the room considering what we were paying. It was clean and served the purpose, but less luxurious than I had expected for a Sheraton. I wasn't aware that "Four Points" was Sheraton's budget or value line of hotels. The hotel staff was so nice, though, that I forgot about my initial disappointments and had a wonderful stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the time we first walked in until checkout. The room was clean and comfortable, if not large, and quiet. The location was conveniently located for our visit and within walking distance of the Hudson, Tribeca, the west village and the great shops and restaurants there.

This is small hotel and the rooms are also on the small size. While not cramped, they do make it uncomfortable for friends or family to stop in.

Excellent king size mattress and quiet room with a city view. Have to say that the only bad thing was the dry heat that woke me up at night, but the cooling system fixed that after the first night. The wifi works great and the bathroom has a roomy shower. The staff were extremely helpful and even have a whole list of who to order from at 4am!

A bit small for my standards but had all the comforts I needed.

It was so derty ,no servis ,no cleaning in the room ,v v v v bad samil like body smil in the room

Relatively unexpensive, location, service. Free internet!

The Staff were very helpful, also the location was perfect for site seeing throughout the city.

Breakfast was quite expensive, although the location of the hotel was close to many other cafes, restaurants and deli's so this was not a huge issue for us.
