Det bästa med hotellet är läget - nära många bra restauranger och trevliga områden (Greenwich Village, Meatpackers district, SoHo) Högljudd AC. |

Utmärkt läge. Fem minuter från SoHos ich Villages affärer och restauranger. Nybyggt hotell med snyggt och rent rum. Bra service och städning. |

Hotellpersonalen var supervänlig, utan att det kändes konstgjort (som det ofta gör i USA). Rummet var litet men effektivt inrett, sängen var verkligen skön, lakanen var lena och hela rummet var fullt små trevliga (snygg design) skyltar och kort som informerade om utrustningen på ett tilldragande sätt. Bredband, badrumstillbehör, TV mm Nej, faktiskt inte :) (Säkert första gången jag bodde på hotell och hittar ABSOLUT ingenting att anmärka på - och jag har rest mycket i båda mina yrken, först som flygvärdinna och sedan som journalist. Nu var jag på semester o hotellt bidrog stort till den sköna känslan av avkoppling!) |

Location is great, very central en easy to reach. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room cleaned very well every day. Free use of PCs and printer in business centre. The restaurant is nothing special (we tried dinner once, no breakfast). But with the number of restaurants in the area, this is not much of an issue! |

Staff very helpful, changed our room because of the noise nearby, indicated nice places and... provided an umbrella. Rooms cosy and well attended. The restaurant is just not worth the money, so many nice places to out for dinner on Prince Str or on Spring Street ( don't forget Balthazar, but with a booking in advance...) |

Good central location to Greenwich Village and Soho, clean room, not too noisy, comfortable bed, good shower, pleasant staff. Quite expensive for room size and fact that no breakfast included, freezing full cost on credit card in advance |

Efficiency and helpfulness of staff. Quiet location of hotel. Room well appointed. Our first stay in New York, perfect, would recommend, probably not suited to teens/youngsters. Having to pay for each individual item at breakfast was disappointing and we have not come across this before. |

Relatively good standard at a good price, centrally in SOHO, Manhattan. Good for families and friends who need fair accomodation without getting ruined. |

Very comfortable hotel at good location with helpfull and professional staff. Just a little problem with the airco-units on the roof behind the hotel (noise); we got another room. |

Our stay was fantastic! Our first thoughts the first morning were "man this is a great bed". Reception staff were very helpful and friendly no matter what the question. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will definitely return |

comfortable bed and pillows, staf were helpful and internet access as well as location soap, tea etc needed to be requested to be replaced, very little room in the bath room or storage for suite case. |

Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was always well-cleaned and comfortable. Location was convenient to the Village and a Subway stop. We were happy! |

good shower and coffee /tea machine. We had a veiw of a blank wall and it was quiet noisey due to the HAVC which was directly below our window. |

Very nice accommodations within my price range; staff is friendly and location is great. Free wireless internet is a great perk. Room is a bit small; by the time you get two suitcases in, there is little room to relax except on the bed. |

Nice clean rooms very quiet, staff is really helpful. Fire alarm at 6 am with full response from the NYC fire dept wasn't fun. |

The hotel was very nice, just as I saw in the pictures and the staff were excellent. Alex checked us in and was very friendly and went the extra mile, and all his colleagues were just as efficient. There is nothing I would fault with the hotel. |
