Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village (曼哈顿苏豪村福朋喜来登酒店)    

Price was good for Manhattan; Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was functional; decent shower. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Only two slow elevators serving 21 floors. Breakfast at restaurant was weak. Tiny lobby, so not a gathering spot for friends/family.

The location was ideal for my purposes. Whenever I looked anything up on my phone for directions, the destination was always 1/2 mile.

The coffee maker in my room didn't work, and I didn't realize this until the morning of my departure. Nothing major, but it was a bummer at the time. I just went downstairs to the lobby and got a cup there. Told the manager about it when I checked out and she had a maintenance person on it stat.

Very clean, very safe, great location to everything, wonderful hotel manager and staff. Rooms are small but the beds are so comfy and we'd definitely stay here again!

Compact room and bathroom but really tastefully decorated, and enough space. Bathroom was lovely - no bath, but lovely walk in shower. Quiet location, and a great city view.

Not exactly Soho - 2 blocks away, but still a great location. Very quiet at night which was great. No complaints at all!

The restaurant. The food is very good and reasonably compatible with other restaurants with similar patterns. The staff, always very helpful and ready to answer our requests.

The breakfast served at the same restaurant. Very expensive for what it offers.

Clean, clean, clean. Friendly staff. Good location to subway, city busses and close enough to walk 911 memorial, china town, soho and washington square park. Will come back.

Good location close to subway. Rooms smallish but considering its NY they are very good - clean and great bathroom. Soap, shampoo and conditioner in shower. Coffee in rooms and in lobby. Rooms pretty quiet, only heard a bit of road noise - again its NY! We couldn't hear neighbours or hallway noise. A/C & Heating.

We found all accommodation in NY expensive so I should complain. We did enjoy our stay here. Don't forget to add taxes and tip to price when considering room service - or anywhere in NY for that matter.

The location is very convenient to subway stop(123) and the Holland Tunnel, really great variety of restaurants within a few blocks, pleasant staff, nice spacious showers and there's little coffee makers in the rooms.

Rooms are small, but it's New York. Spring for the city view if you can, our friends room had a view of an air conditioner. Only issue--one of only two elevators broke while we were there. Service to the 16th floor was a bit of a wait. But they actually fixed it pretty quickly, so no real harm done

Hotel ran out of double beds rooms and upgraded us to the Penthouse Suite. Obviously did not need to do that but genuinely cared for their guests. Hotel was above and beyond our expectations. Used language like Good Evening Mr and Mrs and called us when in room to see if we needed anything for the night...

the room was a bit small, but we had a king size bed. The only thing I could complain about is that the coffee in the room is awful. (I guess that's a bit picky because they do have better coffee for free in the lobby.)

I booked a room for 4 but only received 2 complimentary bottles of water and only 2 cups with the coffee machine

We had enough room for the four of us considering that we were in New York and sometimes rooms are small. That was the case here. Also the room was clean, modern and practical. View was not bad (12th floor). Front desk was helpful and responded quickly to a problem we had with our window.

Breakfest, sorry no offense but that was pathetic. 2 eggs with burned little fries for me + pancakes straight from the ready mix for my son => 20$ : ) I know it's New York but for that price and quality, you better off walking a bit and get some real quality food.

Staff was overall attentive, arrival and departure were a breeze. The room was very serviceable, although small it had a smartly placed desk with a ton of plugs (for all i-devices and laptops, mobile phones, etc.) Big 42 inch screen, complimentary coffee and water bottles.

Staff recommended hotel restaurant, San Marino, worst meal of my trip, and a bad way to start the day. Bad service (ridiculously long wait, mixed up orders), subpar kitchen. Wish staff would've been sincere with the breakfast recommendation (they mentioned the closest place was 2 blocks away, it was actually on the same block, on the corner of Varick St.) Questionable insulation; if the heater was off, the room immediately got cold (early March weather)

The location was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was on the third floor, with a window on some kind of inner courtyard, and we heard loud music playing for part of the night.

Good disposal in the downtown of the city. Two metro stations near the hotel.

Staff was wondeful, treated very well from first moment of walking into the hotel. Restaurant was also very enjoyable and staff also great. Maid service was also very good!

I booked a city room with a view and really because of the storage building outside of our window really didnt have the "city view" I was hoping for. Had discussed changing rooms but we had already unpacked and thought it was a bit of an inconvenience. The pictures on website are a little deceiving and rooms are actually smaller than they appear in pictures.

Very, very, friendly and accommodating staff. We're very helpful to us novice travelers to the big apple! The room was very clean , bed was very comfortable, free WIFI was appreciated and breakfast, though expensive, was good. Would definitely stay agin!
